Vojtech Cekal

If you love EDM music, we are sure that you have probably already heard of Vojtech Cekal, a fifteen-year-old music artist from the country of the Czech Republic. And if you are here, I’m sure you want to know more about him, so let’s begin! Vojtech Cekal is a music producer and songwriter. He gained prominence in 2021 on TikTok when he released a remix of the song “Astronaut in the Ocean” originally made by Masked Wolf. His remix got about a million plays on Spotify and 40,000 plays on Shazam. It was a hit across all music platforms. Even the original artist Masked Wolf shared his song, which gained Vojtech more traction across the music field.

His first venture into the music world was a single titled Empty. “Empty” was a remix of JUICE WRLD’s song on his album “Death race for Love”.

Vojtech Cekal has also released his own album titled “Stay High” in collaboration with artist James Paul on 23 October 2021. The album paid homage to the late artist JUICE WRLD, an American rapper. This album has 8 tracks.

He also has new music coming out soon as can be seen from his new Instagram posts. Recently, he has released a new “Futuristic” cyber-punk-inspired short music video on his YouTube Music channel.

Vojtech Cekal has also worked on a couple of films. He was part of the visual effects team for the Avengers Endgame movie, the last addition to the world-renowned Avengers series. The movie was released in early 2019 which would mean that he worked on the movie in 2018 and 2019 while being only 12 or 13 years of age at the time. This shows that he is truly a prodigy to be able to work for such a high-profile movie at such a young age.

He has also worked in the music producing team for the 2016 short movie “The Mariner” about a marine student suffering from anxiety attacks.

Vojtech Cekal has done production management for the 2020 movie “Winter Coat”.
