We all know that the consecration of the idol of Ram Lala will take place on 22 January 2024 in Ayodhya. As the clock ticks and time gets closer, everyone is curious about what will happen and who will join the Pran Pratishtha. So many questions are knocking on the door. On 5 December, the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra extended an invitation to almost 8000 guests, including the honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, along with UP CM Yogi Adityanath, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat. 

The guests of 8,000 dignitaries also include industrialist Ratan Tata, capitalist Mukesh Ambani, and Gautam Adani. The god of cricket, Sachin Tendulkar, and modern-day great Virat Kohli, as well as actors Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar, are also among the invitees.

A senior VHP leader informed the media that out of the total invitees, 75% are religious leaders and gurus across the country, and the rest of the invitees are VVIPs from different realms of life. He further added that a link would be shared with the attendees in the coming days; once they registered themselves on the given link, a  bar code would be generated, which would serve as the entry pass. 

The invites have also been sent to the journalists who supported the Ram Mandir Movement. Sudhir Choudhary, Rajat Sharma, Arnab Goswami, Shweta Singh, Dainik Bhaskar MD Sudhir Agarwal, Jagran Prakashan CEO Sanjay Gupta, and non-executive chairman Mahendra Mohan Gupta are among those expected to be invited, along with India Today editor-in-chief Aroon Purie. A formal invitation has been sent to all the invitees.

Apart from the formal invitation, a WhatsApp invite has also been sent to the Saints, Priests, Shankaracharya, and Religious leaders along with the VVIPs, are former civil servants, retired Army officers, lawyers, scientists, poets, musicians, and Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan recipients. 

Pran Pratishtha Invitation to the families of karsevaks

Families of almost fifty karsevaks who lost their lives in two different police shooting incidents in 1990 have also been invited to attend the ceremony. In addition to inviting the families, the VHP will be in charge of making travel and lodging arrangements for them.

“How can we overlook our karsevaks’ sacrifice, in which they offered their lives in defense of the temple? A VHP employee stated,” We have extended an invitation to their families to participate in the Pran Prathistha.

The three tent cities that the trust has constructed will house the families of these karsevaks. Additionally, dozens of open kitchen spaces will be provided for them.
