Meditation and mindfulness have become the need of the hour because of our busy lifestyles. People have become more and more invested in the hustle bustle of life and are often oblivious of their health issues. Thus, it is essential for people to spend time focusing on their health.   • Body Focus/Scan Meditation: This form of mindfulness involves paying attention to the different parts of the body and focusing your thoughts to understanding the sensations behind the different body parts. 
  • Zazen: Also known as Zen Meditation, this technique focuses on the Zen Buddhist tradition of meditative thoughts. The technique involves sitting in a specific posture, such as the lotus position, and focusing on your breath while observing thoughts without attachment.
