Ziqitza Health Care Limited operates a fleet of 250 Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances, strategically positioned in every district of Uttar Pradesh since August 17, 2021. These ambulances are equipped with life-saving equipment such as ventilators, defibrillators, oxygen support, and emergency medicines, enabling ZHL to provide a continuum of care while transferring patients from lower facility hospitals to higher facility hospitals. To avail Ziqitza Healthcare Limited’s ALS ambulance service for patient referrals from one hospital to a higher facility, the government duty doctor or the patient’s attending physician must issue a referral slip or memo. By calling the toll-free helpline number, the ALS ambulance can be summoned after confirmation from the duty doctor. The patient will then be transferred to the ALS ambulance, and the referred hospital will be promptly contacted by the expert team.
