A fully equipped 24×7 manned e-Visa support center is operational to answer application related queries. Difficulties if any, faced by the applicant are attended to promptly. 24×7 Payment Gateway support center of two banks is also operational to answer relevant queries.
A revamped e-Visa website with improved User Interface (UI) has also been launched on 16.05.2019.
