E-Visa services are rendered completely online. ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) under the scheme is being delivered in a time-bound manner. In nearly 90% of the cases, e-Visas are processed within 24 hours of the submission of application. 

A fully equipped 24×7 manned e-Visa support center is operational to answer application related queries. Difficulties if any, faced by the applicant are attended to promptly. 24×7 Payment Gateway support center of two banks is also operational to answer relevant queries.

A revamped e-Visa website with improved User Interface (UI) has also been launched on 16.05.2019.
