Delhi Liquor Policy Case: Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal skips another summons by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday on the connection of the Delhi Liquor Policy Case, as per the sources of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). The summons is illegal as the matter of the validity of the summons is now in the court, said the Aam Aadmi Party. The party further said the Enforcement Directorate itself presented the matter before the court, and rather than sending summons again and again, ED should wait for the court’s order, said the party sources.

Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi Chief Minister, would not appear before the Directorate of Enforcement (ED) for interrogation concerning an excise policy issue relating to money laundering, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) officials said Monday.
