Turmeric, derived from the ginger family which is used for flavor and colouring in Asian cooking. This ingredient is known to have healing properties of various sorts. One of its best uses apart from cooking of course, is for the skin. Turmeric through nature possesses great health benefits and also helps keep the skin glowing and bright. It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidants as some of its properties.
