Team India In ICC T20 Men's World Cup: Matches Won, Team Selected And Preparation For Victory

The victory in this tournament of the ICC T20 World Cup is credited to the team's batsmen, who can give a big score to the competing team on fewer balls.

The Indian cricket team lifted the trophy in 2007 in the ICC T20 World Cup under the leadership of captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. It is also surprising that India has not won another ICC T20 World Cup since 2007. Despite being such an integral team of success in the international game, they have failed to do so again.

The ICC T20 World Cup tournament is in Australia. India will play its first match of the upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2022 against Pakistan at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on 23 October. India is a part of Group 2 in this tournament which has teams like Pakistan, South Africa, New Zealand and Bangladesh in its pool. Team India is already involved in the preparation of ICC T20 World Cup, and it is playing many practice matches. Obviously, India has been deprived of this trophy for many years, this year it will show full strength to win it.

The Indian team, led by Rohit Sharma, will take part in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, starting later this month, aiming to win a second title after 2007. After a disappointing performance in the T20I World Cup 2021 where they also failed to reach the semi-finals. The team led by Rohit Sharma will try to do better in Australia.

The India team for ICC T20 World Cup 2022 is going to be like this: Rohit Sharma (C), KL Rahul (VC), Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Hooda, Rishabh Pant (WK), Dinesh Karthik (WK), Hardik Pandya, Ravichandran Ashwin, Yuzvendra Chahal, Axar Patel, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Arshdeep Singh.

And these players will be extra in the Indian team. Mohammed Shami, Shreyas Iyer, Ravi Bishnoi, Deepak Chahar.
