At a time when the Punjabi music industry is growing each passing day, it is also imperative to find talents that can in one way or the other contribute exceptionally to the industry to raise the bar for others. So many youngsters set foot into the industry with the aim to carve their own special place in the same honing their skills, be it in acting, music or any other thing. One such talented individual intending to take the Punjabi music industry to much greater heights is music producer Hakeem.

He has also done a considerable amount of work in the Punjabi music industry as a music producer and has given various trending songs and viral songs.
Hakeem, who hails from PunjabÂs Mohali has studied music from AR RahmanÂs Music School, namely ÂKM College of Music and Technology in Chennai. He is best known for producing music for various hit Punjabi songs such as Himachal Wali, Face-Off Boliyan, Pehli Vaar and Raund, all these songs are sung by Manavgeet Gill. The recently released song Raund for which Hakeem created perfect music crossed 12 million plus views on Youtube. Meanwhile, as many as 1.5 lakh people have created reels on Instagram. His other songs, include Lohe De Kunde and Ik pind saade da Munda by Hustinder, Nazraan and Gair Haazir by Simiran Kaur Dhadli.

With no family background in music, it is pertinent to mention that Hakeem is well trained in playing multiple string instruments and known how to put life into a music through revitalizing beats. Mostly, his sounds are influenced by Western classical and Indian classical music, which is creatively infused into Punjabi music.

While sharing a few words, Hakeem said, ÂI developed interest in music at very young age and turned up at AR RahmanÂs Music School to explore music more deeply. So far, I have produced music in different genres, including, sad, romantic and hip-hop. My future plans are to do as many genres as possible, in as many languages.
