Amir Khan Muttaqi has been appointed acting foreign minister, Mullah Yaqoob as acting defense minister, and Abas Stanikzai as acting deputy in foreign minister in the new Afghan government, said Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid in a news conference in Kabul on Tuesday.
