Apart from being a successful stylist and fashion designer, Neha Menghwani from Stylessential is known for creating super stylish and unique looks. Her feed is beautifully curated and edited  vibrant and exuding happiness just like her! In a short span of time, she has managed to become an inspiration to many. From styling Bollywood superstars like Shahid Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Saif Ali Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, etc., to have a successful blog where she shares all things fashion, beauty and travel. From designing for & styling the very same actors for fashion shows to now sitting front row at the same shows  she has definitely cracked the code to be successful without having any industry connections.

Right from childhood, she was creative. She would try to draw and paint on the floor using her momÂs cosmetics when she was one. This love for art just grew as she became older and turned into being a professional artist selling her work in school and dancing professionally when she was in college, without formal education in either. ÂI was offered a dance instructor job at age 17 by Rahul Saxena when he spotted me breakdancing at a college fest. It was so surreal but I always had the pressure to study and because of board exams, I couldnÂt take it up. However, she doesnÂt consider that as a missed opportunity as everything happens for a reason. She soon realized that even though she topped Mumbai University, that would be the end of her education and she would finally listen to her heart and pursue her passion. ÂI definitely tried my hands at a lot of things  it is okay to not know what you want to do in life – I tried dancing, CA, advertising, changed colleges, it was a lot of trial and error to finally come to terms with what my one passion was from the beginning. Once I realized that nothing else gave me happiness  I worked my ass off for the career I have today.Â

Contrary to popular belief, blogging is not just about freebies. It sure has a lot of perks but it is tough to survive in this competitive environment where every second person calls themselves an influencer. So what differentiates her from others? ÂI started working with big brands and on huge campaigns quite early and only chose to work with certain brands that I personally used. This gave me a lot of credibilities. Brands and followers came to me because of my content and I hope it continues to stay that way, although it has always been a number game. However, she doesnÂt focus on that and advise upcoming bloggers to just block all the negativity out. ÂI used to work 14 hours Mon-Sat, and shoot 6-7 looks on Sunday after planning, directing, location hunting, editing, posting daily, and whatnot. I did it because I loved it despite how sleep-deprived and tired I was, and if you love it too, IÂm sure youÂll find a way.Â
