The epitome of strength and courage, Mridu Bala has made a place for herself all because of her zeal to do something different. Chasing her dream to become a successful fashion designer since her teenage years, she decided to finally kickstart her career in 2004. Her first milestone was her beauty expo where she showcased her exquisite bridal ensembles.

Mridu has proved her mettle in the industry through her remarkable bridal and designer wear which have gained immense love from people. Not only in India, but she has also organized a plethora of International shows as well which created a lot of traction and have established her as a fashion designer to reckon with.

Sharing on how the fashion industry has helped her grow, Mridu Bala says, ÂI have recognized that this industry has something for everyone. You just need to find your true calling and continue treading on that path. My aim has always been to bring out a change in society through my work. Not only do I want to make it to the top tier onto the hierarchy ladder in the industry but also to inspire and empower more and more young girls of my country to come forward and pursue their dream. My biggest inspiration has been my husband CA Ajay Rai who has always supported me through thick and thin.Â

The virtuoso, apart from being a leading fashion designer and show organizer, also intends to start her manufacturing unit and her showroom as well and is working rigorously for achieving the same. She has been appreciated for her work by common people as well as renowned people in the industry. Top celebrities like Mahima Chaudhari, Arshifa Khan, Lucky Dancer, Akshay Giri, and makeup artist Amit Dhuria and Chitralekha Sen have also taken part in her shows. Mridu Bala has proved to the world that if you can dream it then you can definitely achieve it.
