Dr Anil Kumar Founder of the Maheshwar Laxmi Memorial Foundation is one such individual who is working on giving a platform of education to the underprivileged people through his NGO.

More than 35 M children between the ages of 6 – 14 years do not attend school in India. In the age group of 5 to 9 years, 53% of girls are illiterate but Dr Anil Kumar comes as a lifeline for such children. NGO Maheshwar Laxmi Memorial Foundation is actively involved in the upliftment of the education sector. Along with that, the institution is involved in revolutionary work for the complete development of Divyang Persons, supports needy families by doing samuhik vivah, and also played an important role in fighting the covid-19 in collaboration with Jivodaya hospital At Ashok Vihar Delhi.

NGO Maheshwar Laxmi Memorial Foundation also provides free computer training to underprivileged students. They are trained by experts in the field who also provide them with practical training for hands-on experience. Expert trainers and volunteers make sure the students receive the best knowledge of computers. They provide basic training with advanced courses to students so that they can have better career perspectives at their coaching centre. The founder has a dream of making every student proficient in using computers and surviving in today’s digital world, thus, he is on a mission to make it a reality.

Considering his social works, Dr Anil Kumar has also been honoured with the Guest Of Honour award at the reputed Dr A.P.J Abdul Kalam Inspiration Awards 2023, held at Vigyan Bhawan.

Dr Anil Kumar plays his role very well to protect vulnerable sections of society, facilitate change and support those who need it most in the community. While sharing his vision,  Dr Anil expresses, “Our Foundation is a Group of professionals organising, serving and helping the deprived children, war widows, etcetera. Working for the good brings no harm to one, instead, it brings a smile to pale faces which yearn for the same and a glimpse of them would bring you happiness as well, thus, I would urge each one of you to also help those in need in whatever way you can.”
