Founder Sabal Singh Bhati brings authentic journalism through Niharika Times

Niharika Times, a Hindi News Website and one of the leading Hindi Newspapers owned and run by Niharika Times Group has created a stride in the print and the digital media domain. It is the first evening leading daily in the Jodhpur Division, Rajasthan. Started by Sabal Singh Bhati, the Chief Editor, in the year 2020 from Barmer Headquarters, Niharika Times, in a very short span of time has gained recognition for its reportage and public-interest-based stories.

Seeing a decline in the circulation of all major national newspapers due to Covid, Niharika Times was launched in the year 2020 to provide stories and news that matters to the common public. One of the major reasons to start the newspaper was also to fulfill the need for the Hindi Language daily ÂSandhya Newspaper. The word ÂNiharika loosely translates into English as ÂNebula meaning Galaxy. The man behind the launch and the success of the newspaper is Sabal Singh Bhati who himself is a senior and reputed Journalist as well as State Secretary of the International Federation of Journalists Organization.

Sabal has long years of experience working as a Journalist. In his career, he has worked with some of the reputed print and electronic media houses which include Rajasthan Patrika and Dainik Navjyoti. He started his career as a journalist in Rajasthan Patrika in Pali and has covered a lot of beats during his career. Niharika Group, understanding the need for the Digital era launched the online Hindi Portal in April 2020. The e-portal covers a wide range of segments from politics, lifestyle, sports, entertainment, job, and education.

The group has been credited to uncover a lot of stories. It was the Niharika Group that unearthed the reality about the Kamlesh Prajapati fake encounter case by Rajasthan Police on April 22, 2021. The case was later recommended for a CBI probe by the Rajasthan government on 31st May 2021.  Niharika Group is now the first preference among a lot of Hindi readers in the Jodhpur Divison. Apart from covering regional stories on crime, murder, politics, and policy, they also focus on National News which is of the public interest. Apart from publishing physical newspapers, they also cater to a young audience by providing them E-papers which readers can get access from their online Hindi News Portal.
