Having had such an eye in the market already, he got acquainted with the know-how of the industry before starting his venture. His track record of successfully handling the project with Mann Salwa Caterers LLP is a well-known fact across the domain.

Working laboriously in the field of food production, Manoj Mondal has a good 16 years of experience as a chef. He has worked with a few of the well-known brands across the country like Tomatoes & TGB. Manoj was associated with TGB (TGB Banquets & Hotels Ltd.) as an Executive Chef in Outdoor Catering Events across India and overseas. Manoj along with the team started continental and other international cuisines with many new innovations in the menu. Karan knows that food is paramount at any event, so he has got the best to please the audience.

With the experience of 18 years in Hotel and Catering operations, Gajraj leads teams of catering and service operation assistance. He has worked with brands like Orchid Group and TGB (TGB Banquets & Hotels Ltd.). Gajraj is responsible for day-to-day catering operations, services and making sure that the event team performs well. Gajraj along with the team provided VVIP and Butler service in India and overseas from Prime Minister of India to many corporate giants like Haldirams, Action Shoes, Kataria Group, RK Marble, Gallops, Venus, Zydus Cadila, DPS (Lohia), Geetanjali Group, Adani, Reliance Group, Goyal & Co., Iscon, Popular Buildcon, Royal Touche, BCCI and many others.
