Ziqitza Healthcare Ltd., the operator of the integrated 108 ambulance service in Madhya Pradesh has introduced alatestlive tracking systemof ambulances to provide efficient services to the people of Madhya Pradesh. An SMS will be sent to the caller as soon as an ambulance is allocated and the user can live track the ambulance and call the driver directly. This will help streamline ambulance services and helppatrons have access to all driver details and location and avoid calling the call centre several times during the waiting period.

The company was also the first to bring in the GPS tracking system in ambulances. One of the key reasons for the company’s success has been the efficient amalgamation of technology into their EMS service for better service and accountability. Due these continuous efforts, Ziqitza Limited has been successful in serving over1.75 crore number of people throughout the state and the numbers are growing year on year.In the state the 108 helpline for emergency services was set up to assist those individuals who are in dire need of urgent medical aid. On a daily basis, the company has catered to over 313trauma emergencies and has served more than 3350 pregnant women on an average.

ZHL has brought about a significant overhaul in the way emergency services run in the State. Dial 108 EMRS service is a 24×7 toll free helpline number, where accident victims and pregnant women can call for assistance. The company also, conducts first responder programs on a regular basis in order to increase awareness of the 108 helpline number and also to equip the people so that they deal with medical emergencies in a better manner.Similar thoughts were voiced by Ziqitza Rajasthan.

Having served more than 1 lakh Coronavirus-related patients in the state, Ziqitza Healthcare Limited (ZHL), the organization behind 108 ambulance service providers in Madhya Pradesh – has been working dedicatedly 24×7 to ensure that patients are transported safely from home to hospital and vice versa.
