While talking about his most prized possession, the humble journalist says that the love and support his audience showers him with is above any award that he could ever receive. He started to work as soon as he completed his schooling. With his software developing skills, Shivam launched Fazilka Online, an information portal and news website for the city delivering the latest updates from district Fazilka, Punjab.

Later on, he started working for digital news platforms in Punjab, managing their websites, social media, and all digital needs under his company, Digital Pitara. With an experience of over ten years in the field, Shivam Madaan has been a game-changer in the industry and for certain caused a stir amid the digital media publications.
