The ad campaign of Pataa - India’s preferred addressing app, goes viral

Pataa Navigation’s newly launched app is aiming to solve India's long-time problem of unstructured addressing system. PataaApp is the simplest solution to all your address-related problems.

India is filled with tiny streets and by-lanes that have multiple names. Due to this, we often end up on the right road but at the wrong address.

Since its launch in 2020, the app has been downloaded over 2.8 million times.

Their latest ad campaign spotlights the embarrassment you can face if you reach the wrong address and has already gotten over 116 million views.

The ad campaign starts with a festive vibe and shows a guy who wants to surprise his soon to be married friend by taking a happy and loud baraat to his house. Unfortunately, while it shows he is at the correct location, the exact address is wrong, and he enters the wrong house in full baraati mode. Cue the embarrassment, as he realizes the people in the house are paying their final respects for the death of a loved one. The correct house is actually just across the street. If only he had used the Pataa app to find his friend's house, everyone would have been saved from humiliation!

What are you waiting for? Download the PataaApp or face embarrassment by reaching the wrong address.

Mohit Jain, Co-founder of Pataa Navigations, said, "With the help of Pataa App, you can now share a unique shortcode that guides people directly to your doorstep with an accuracy of 3X3 mtr. In addition, you also have an option to include voice directions and images of your home or office. With Pataa, you can save yourself from the hassle of countless calls asking for directions as well as save your friends the embarrassment of walking into the wrong house!"
