Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) will face each other in the 25th match of IPL 2024 at Wankhede Cricket Stadium, Mumbai. Wankhede is a batting paradise, and the team who batted first tried to put a good score on the board. RCB will try to get back on the winning track and gain momentum because after winning their second match against PBKS, RCB lost three games in a row. On the other hand, Mumbai came here after defeating Delhi Capitals and breaking their losing streak.  

The RCB vs. MI encounter is not only a game; it is the El Clasico of IPL, where the rivalry goes beyond the cricket ground. The game also has individual battles. The GOAT, Virat Kohli, will play against Jasprit Bumrah, and the OG of IPL, Rohit Sharma, faces Mo. Siraj. 

For RCB, it’s the same old story: They only depend on a single player, and when the team is in trouble, the experienced ones cheer the youngsters from the dugout. MI also needs help with its internal combination. After Hardik Pandya became Rohit Sharma‘s successor, the atmosphere of the dugout is not good.

MI’s batting line-up is filled with raiders who hit the boundaries with ease, and in the last game, they also delivered as per expectations. MI’s bowling is totally dependent on their snipper, Jasprit Bumrah. If they have to perform better, their bowling needs to perform as a unit.

The RCB dugout has big names like Faf Duplessis, Maxwell, Cameron Green, Dinesh Kartik, and Mo. Siraj and many more, but VK is the only one who performs when it is required. If RCB wants to break the jinx, then management has to find the perfect team combination, and players need to execute the game plan as per the situation of the game.
