Pooja Pathak goes by Elivia Pathak on Instagram. The rising Instagram star manages her time and energy between her Real Estate business and content creation.

The 27-year-old started her journey as a real estate developer with a little apprehension as she wasn’t sure if those around her would approve of it. Elivia went to meetings and sites by herself, started collaborating with the big names of the industry and learnt everything she could through her experiences and interactions.

She says, “I was in your typical 20s crisis, where half your friends are settling down, starting families, and the other half are still holding on to the dorm days. And I was in the middle of it, I didn’t know where to go, and what to do. I wanted to find some purpose that allowed me my space, freedom but I didn’t want these by starting some precarious venture. After much thought, nothing quite fit, but I did have a Eureka moment at the end of the tunnel – real estate!”

“Real estate is such a dynamic market, it gives you an infinite sky of possibilities and rewards, yet is firmly planted in the ground. I’m very grateful for my choice of getting into the real estate business because it has taught me so much and gifted me some of the most exciting moments of my life.”.

Elivia has picked the roles of developer and realtor in real estate and has steadily been growing Instagram presence. All of these are demanding work, but through passion and commitment, Elivia manages it all gracefully.

Apart from her work as an influencer and in real estate, Pooja has another venture in the works -“Elivia”, Elivia is set to be a premium lingerie company and despite setbacks, because of the pandemic Pooja is committed to bringing Elivia to life.

The Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts in collaboration with the Liszt Institute Hungarian Cultural Centre, Delhi and Tibet House, New Delhi  inaugurated the photo documentary exhibition on the eminent Hungarian Philologist and Orientalist, author of the first Tibetan–English dictionary Alexander Csoma de Korös  on Monday, 4th October. The Exhibition was inaugurated by Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi, Union Minister of Cultural and External Affairs, in the presence of Prof. Karam Tej Singh Sarao, Dept. of Buddhist Studies, Delhi University; Dr. Sachchidanand Joshi, Member Secretary, IGNCA; Dr. Margit Koves, Cultural Resource Expert.

This exhibition has been curated by the scholars of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Dr. Gergely Orosz and Dr. Ágnes Kelecsényi. The motive behind the exhibition has been to celebrate Alexander Csoma de Korös (1784-1842) who lived and worked in India in the last two decades of his life. Liszt will be organizing a series of events in  the memory of Alexander Csoma de Korös and to strengthen the cultural relations between India & Hungary. The exhibition is open to the public from 5th of October to 14th of October from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. at IGNCA, Janpath.

Smt. Meenakshi Lekhi quoted that, “Alexander Csoma de Korös was truly a saint as per the Indic thought, who sought knowledge and lived for achieving academic and intellectual excellence. He is the one who built a bridge between India and Hungary in the 18th century which is cherished by people of both the countries even in the 21st century.”

The entire series of events have been conceptualized by Prof. (Dr.) Ramesh C. Gaur, Dean & HoD-KalaNidhi Division, IGNCA with the support of Dr. Margit Koves, Cultural Resource Expert.

Further to this Prof (Dr.) Ramesh C Gaur said, “We are organizing this series in the memory of Buddhist Scholar Alexander Csoma de Korös and to let people be aware of how our cultures are deeply rooted and how Alexander connected the cultural dots. It’s important for us to understand such historic things to enlighten the future pathways. To glorify this we would like to take the honour in introducing the series of events including, webinar, virtual talk show, photo exhibition and music concert. The purpose of this entire event is also to share the cultural interests, and to talk about the art collections shared by India & Hungary together.”

Adding to this, Hungarian research Scholar and Curator Mr. Gergely Orosz said, “Hungarians consider Alexander Csoma de Korös  (whom we  Korösi Csoma Sándor or for short Csoma) is one of the first major links connecting Hungary and India, a link that continued further by Aurel Stein, Amrita Sher-Gil, Gyula Germanus, Elizabeth Brunner and Elizabeth Sass-Brunner, Charles Fabri, Ervin Baktay and many others. Csoma took over the form of life the Tibetan lamas lived and studied their work with empathy. Hungarians present Csoma’s life as a model, – specially for young students –  exemplary in perseverance, sacrifice and simplicity. The exhibition will present various stages of Csoma’s travels and work, his global significance for the access,  understanding and preservation of Buddhist heritage as part of memory of humankind and the inception of Tibetan Studies  at a global scale.”

Alexander’s letters and manuscripts are in the possession of the Asiatic Society and will be exhibited along with the Hungarian exhibition in Kolkata at the end of the month.

Ahir Devesh is an author, writer and an entrepreneur from India. He was born in the city of Laxmipur in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Real identity of Ahir Devesh is Devesh Yadav. He is also co-founder and CEO of Ahir Digital Media. Devesh is an engineering student. He’d always wanted to do something unique since he was a kid. He began writing stories and poems when he was only sixteen years old. He began to work as a Teenage Author after that.

Ahir Devesh self-published his debut book, “The Lockdown: The Story of a Family,” when he was only eighteen years old during the corona virus pandemic, in 2020. This book is part of a family and is also available on Google and Amazon. He wrote other books after that, which was published on Google, Amazon, Apple Books, and other sites. Ahir Devesh just published a book in 2021 titled “The Untold Story of Bhopal,” in which he details basically what happened in Bhopal in 1984.

Devesh has written several books, each of which has gained him a large following among his readers. He also stated that he would be coming with many more excellent publications, which will be thrilling and romantic. He also expressed an interest in authoring a novel. Maybe we’ll be able to get his novel as well in the future.

The teenager is the age when students are not even able to decide what goals they have to achieve in the future, at that age, this boy made his career using his unique and distinctive writing skills and, now he is a well-known author and writer, Devesh currently started his own start-up business “AD Media.” He said, “rather than his mindset that he wants to do something different Devesh’s father: Mr. Prem Yadav and, his mother: Mrs. Punita Devi, also supported and motivated him to do whatever he desired.” His parents have a huge role in his accomplishments.

Ahir Devesh validated the concept that with skill and determination, anything is possible. Many people get inspired by his books and the narrative behind them. Youth should be motivated and understand that they are all capable of accomplishing something extraordinary. There are many communities in India who have seen a lot of ups and downs while discovering the real deal. There came many leaders who even raised their voice and helped these communities grow in India. India since then has seen major growth through small communities. There are leaders who have truly dedicated their time to work towards the welfare of the community. Chetan Thakor is a leader of today who believed in people and his community and uplifted them towards a better tomorrow.

Chetan Thakor the in-charge of Gujarat Kshatriya Thakor Sena worked from 2012 to 2017 when got the opportunity to donate his time for the welfare of his community. He worked for Thakor community for long and introduced his beliefs through his commendable work for the community. His work was never limited to just communal upliftment but also towards the sector of education and health. During the time of pandemic when the world was struggling to find right aid, he choose to dedicate his time to donate as many emergency aids as he can. On Monday, US President Joe Biden spoke by phone with Fumio Kishida, Japan’s new prime minister, who took over from Yoshihide Suga after winning the governing party’s election late last month. In a message to the newly-installed leader, US President Donald Trump pledged to cooperate with Japan to counter Beijing’s growing threat in the East China Sea and the Indo-Pacific region. They also agreed to deal with North Korea’s irritating campaign, which has recently launched multiple missiles in waters just off Japan’s coast. Kishida told reporters shortly after the conversation that Biden was helpful.

Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, and two other suspects arrested for alleged drug misuse onboard a cruise ship have been placed in the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) till Thursday. The NCB custody of the three was extended by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate RM Nerlikar due to the fact that the agency seized an intermediate quantity of drugs from one of them, and Aryan Khan was accompanying them. Nerlikar also took into account the fact that the probe was still in its early stages.

Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested by the NCB on Sunday and brought before a special holiday court later that day. They were remanded in NCB detention until Monday by that court. The NCB requested that Aryan Khan, Merchant, and Dhamecha be held in jail until October 11 in order to investigate the link between drug customers and suppliers, confront all of the apprehended suspects, and apprehend other narcotics substance suppliers. The judge, however, only extended their custody until October 7.

The NCB said in court that “shocking and incriminating” material seized from Aryan Khan, Merchant, and Dhamecha’s WhatsApp discussions revealed worldwide narcotics trafficking. Aryan Khan also discussed payment methods for drug purchase, according to the NCB, and many code names were used. “Raids are currently taking place. Additional solicitor general Anil Singh, representing the NCB, said that “shocking and incriminating material obtained in the accused’s WhatsApp communications demonstrates international narcotics trafficking.” “All of the defendants must be confronted with each other. International transactions must be investigated,” he says, adding that the NCB has detained a suspect.

Taiwan urged Beijing to stop “irresponsible provocative actions” after China sent 56 warplanes into Taiwan’s defense zone in the largest-ever air incursion. Monday becomes the fourth day straight of incursion by Chinese aircrafts. 

The defense ministry said 36 fighter jets and 12 H-6 nuclear-capable bombers including other planes crossed over into Taiwan’s airspace. Four other planes entered its southwest air defense identification zone at night making the record of sending 56  Chinese warplanes to Taiwan’s defense zone. 

The mainland affair council (MAC) blamed Beijing for “seriously damaging the status quo of peace and stability in the Taiwan strait” with the large number of repeated incursions to harm the Taiwan territory.  

“We demand the Beijing authorities immediately stop its non-peaceful and irresponsible proactive actions” MAC spokesperson Chiu Chui- Cheng exclaimed in his statement. 

China is the culprit for causing tensions between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait and it has further threatened regional security and order,” he added saying, Taiwan will never compromise and yield” to threats. 

Since Friday when China marked its national day, the whole country stood up and embarked on their journey by accomplishing the greatest mission of flying 150 aircrafts in the Taiwan defense zone making Taiwan vulnerable and weak. 

Further, the United States also urged the country to stop their disruptive activities and let everyone be in a state of peace and harmony. 

Responding to the US government, China said that they are not near to any disruptive activities but it was the US who was being provocative and harming the national peace with its arms sales to Taiwan. 

“China is resolutely opposed to this and takes necessary countermeasures,” it added. 

“Engaging in Taiwan independence is a dead end. China will take all steps needed and firmly smash any Taiwan independence plots,” the ministry said. China’s determination and will to defend national sovereignty and territorial integrity is unwavering”.

Taiwan expressed its distrust towards the country China and claimed Chinese incursions as irresponsible provocations. The country further also added,  Xi regime is engaging in a grey zone to tear down the forces with unlawful strategies. 

China has broken their own record of letting the warplanes enter Taiwan. The count marks 600 air incursions till early october.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted Japan’s new Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on his election, saying he looks forward to working with him to develop India-Japan’s unique strategic and global cooperation. On Monday, the Japanese parliament elected Kishida as Prime Minister.

Kishida defeated Yukio Edano, the leader of the largest opposition Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, by a comfortable margin, with his party and its coalition partner possessing a majority in both houses.

Taking it to the tweeter, PM Narendra Modi wrote, “Congratulations and best wishes to the new Prime Minister of Japan, H.E. Kishida Fumio. I look forward to working with him to further strengthen the India-Japan Special Strategic and Global Partnership and advance peace and prosperity in our region and beyond”.

Newly elected Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida announced Monday that the lower house will be dissolved next week in preparation for elections on October 31. Kishida is seeking a new mandate to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak, the falling economy, and security challenges from China and North Korea.

“Our fight against the coronavirus is continuing,” Kishida told his first news conference Monday night after taking office. “COVID-19 measures is the urgent and top priority, and I will handle the problem taking into consideration the worst-case scenario.” He said he will review the past virus handling and seek to set up a crisis management unit.

He also promised to press on with a large-scale recovery plan to help individuals affected by the outbreak.“In order to take large-scale COVID-19 measures, I need to get the people’s mandate,” Kishida said, adding that he will pass up attending G-20 and COP-26 climate meetings in person.

Kishida, a former foreign minister, was once seen as a moderate but, in order to win over conservatives in his Liberal Democratic Party, he became more hawkish on security and more conservative on gender equality and other topics. His election to succeed Suga as the party’s leader last week was considered as a vote for continuity and stability over change.
