• Why did you set all the papers on fire?

I used to write stories and poems from childhood, but as I was preparing for civil services, I thought that I should first become an IAS officer and then publish a book or story, but I dreamed of becoming an IAS officer, which became a dream. At the time, I got upset and burned my written paper in the fire, but it still feels bad.

• What broke down the dream of IAS?

When I was doing M.Sc in Bioscience, I felt that I should prepare for the Civil Services Examination. I started giving 14-15 hours for civil services at Banasthali Vidyapith. I prepared myself for 2 years and after completing my M.Sc when I asked my family to go to Delhi to prepare for the Civil Services Examination, they refused. After that I joined Ph.D., stopping preparation of civil services due to family pressure. I did not want to give up on my life.

• Why did you choose Banasthali Vidyapith for your Ph.D.?

Banasthali Vidyapith is a girls’ university. Its atmosphere is very quiet. I love the environment of Banasthali and the departments and libraries there. So I chose Banasthali Vidyapith for my Ph.D.

• Can you explain something about “Broken Ship”?

My short story-Broken Ship is selected in the Broken Ship Golden Book of World Records. I have tried to tell the imaginary worlds of a small child through the Broken Ship Story. I have explained the imaginary thinking of a child through magic and bizarre fantasy thinking in “Broken Ship”. I wrote a Broken Ship short story while in the Ph.D.’s Science Lab and published it in International Magazine. A few days later, Broken Ship is selected in the Golden Book of World Records. Broken Ship is a fictional story in which, through imagination, I have told some interesting things to attract youngsters of all ages, from children to cheese horses, chocolate elephants, and the queen of green hair, which is different from the real-life of the world.

• How do you feel when work adjusted into “Top 100 debut novel”?

I was very happy to be selected in the top 100 debut novels. When I got the certificate of top 100 debut novel, it was like a miracle.

• How do you feel after featuring in “The Literary E-magazine”?

It was a great honor for me to get my picture on the first cover of The Literary mirror magazine.

• How did you win “ALFAAZ” as a third position?

“ALFAAZ” is a poetry event and organized by SAAD EVENT & AUDIO. “ALFAAZ” event was India’s biggest poetry competition in which five rounds and chose six winners. I got the third position for “TERE BADRA MERE LABO SE TAKRA GAYE”.

• What motivated you to write “Babesi”?

“Babesi” exposes grassroots social thinking. Whether it is the coronavirus or the thinking of social people, how it can change a human being, I wrote this “Babesi” story to change the world from my thoughts with this basic thought. The story “Babesi” has been selected for web series in “Story to Screen 2020” and is also being produced on the web series film “Babesi”. I am trying to highlight the problem of social level with my writing.

• How do you feel after shortlisting Babesi in the Top 10 of the coveted story to screen 2020?

“Story to Screen 2020” is an event in which nominated the national and international authors which were organized by The Literary Mirror. And there the jury members after reading the story announced to create a web series on the winner’s novel on behalf of Literary Mirror. In the “Story to Screen 2020” event, my story selected in the top 10 and it was a great pleasure for me and it was like dream for me.

• What was your roller coaster while doing all your activities?

I believe as a roller coaster in The God and then I because when I tried to fulfill my dreams there was no one with me. I had no one at that time who could help with such things. I was alone on this journey. Therefore, I would like to give this credit to myself.

• What motivates you to be so energetic?

Krishna’s consciousness inspires spiritual energy to make me so energetic. After going to ISKCON Temple, I have been felt to live again. I always remove negative wives from my life by reading Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta, Ramayan, and spiritual books. I love nature. I like to go close to nature and write with feeling the environment. I feel different energy to keep calm and read books which would be difficult for me to describe in words.

• Who is your big supporter?

First of all, I consider God as my biggest supporter who supported me in every major trouble, when no one was with me. I consider myself a role model to my father and elder brother. Whatever I am today is just because of my father and mother who fulfills all my dreams and they made me capable of this and supported all my creativity since childhood. Daddy gifted me painting colors on every birthday and encouraged me to do paintings. My brother supported me by ordering books for the preparation for the civil services exam. My parents gave me a lot of love and support as I become an author.

• What do you suggest to youth to pursue Ph.D.?

Doing Ph.D. and research work is very big thing and you should also have dedication for it. I would like to say to everyone that when you start work, you should also have the courage to complete it, instead of stopping it. Everyone has problems in life but it is a passion to handle them.

• What was the toughest barrier in your carrier?

Lack of confidence and freedom to go out to do some work. In this society, permission is sought for freedom first then you can do some work.

I was very excited when “Chamde Ka Lutera” was nominated for Best Fiction Novel. When I received the award for Best Fiction Novel, it was a very memorable day for me which would be difficult to describe in words.

• What are the loopholes in pursuing a Ph.D.?

I am interested in reading Science Books but I am not interested in Research. When I started my Ph.D., I didn’t know about Research work and lab work. It had many loopholes in pursuing a Ph.D. After some months I felt low confidence So I started writing my debut Novel Chamde ka lutera then I feel very good and I focus on Research work.

• Can you recite “I am your cigarette and your cigarette’s smoke”?

I am not your cigarette.

Looking at my society and the world, I have written a “Chamde Ka Lutera” novel to show the lower mentality of society to the world by understanding their feelings about girls. I want to overcome social evils through the novel “Chamde Ka Lutera “. I have put forward the social ground aspect in the book ” Chamde Ka Lutera “. It is a story that can shake people from inside. I have promoted women’s empowerment in the country through my novel “Chamde Ka Lutera “. I have written a novel “Chamde Ka Lutera ” to make people aware of the ground issues of society.

• Who is your favorite author in the same genre you write and why?

Munshi Premchand, Jaishankar Prasad, Sumitranandan Pant, Mahadevi Verma, Robin Sharma, Rhonda Byrne, Amish Tripathi, Sudeep Nagarkar, and Durjoy Datta. A great cause started by a group of friends, Hope Begins Foundation has evolved into one of the purest acts of human kindness to be witnessed. Initially, they began working towards using sports as a channel to bring a positive change and happiness in the lives of differently-abled people in India. Later, they concentrated their efforts towards feeding the hungry as the situation completely changed post the pandemic. Offering a helping hand, they have organized various food distribution drives in the nearby localities and have also organized cricket tournaments, etc. for the differently-abled. They plan to extend their efforts to as many people as they can reach out to, to help them survive with ease.

With the help of the co-founder Bitupan Baruah, the organization has been able to help numerous individuals, families and also organize events in Delhi NCR, Jaipur and some parts of Uttar Pradesh. Since the beginning of this pandemic, they have been helping the underprivileged with food and ration to ensure availability of basic survival resources to them. The ration packets that they have been distributing are called Happiness Kits, and till now they have delivered 30 lakh ration packets.

As the pandemic situation became concerning this year, when the second wave had hit the country, the team took up a mission to feed 1500 families regularly for three months. In addition, they helped over 1000 families and served cooked meals to people who were unable to cook for themselves due to infection of Covid-19 and also to full families where all members had been infected. They not only distributed food but also provided entertainment for underprivileged youngsters. The organization is driven to expand its efforts across India in order to assist as many people as possible.

Discussing what keeps the team and volunteers motivated, one of the founders said, “Finding flaws in others is always an easy way out; what we lack is the ability to improve ourselves first. We can only expect people to work for the improvement of society if we take a step from ourselves”. Driven on the principles of caring, sharing and humility, Hope Begins Foundation aims to make a valuable difference in the lives of individuals and communities that are often overlooked by the society.

The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules were published in February and went into effect on May 25, 2018. Twitter will be considered an intermediary if it does not follow the new Information Technology (IT) rules. It will no longer be protected from penal action under Section 79 of the IT Act, which exempts social media firms from liability for third-party content. 

“Now, if a complaint is filed in court, Twitter cannot seek refuge under the Information Technology Act. In any instance, if the claim is made after May 26, Twitter cannot claim to be an intermediary and claim an exception”, said officials. The Information Technology Rules were published in February and went into effect on May 25, 2018.

According to the official, as a gesture of goodwill, the government granted Twitter additional time to comply with the laws. However, Twitter has failed to fulfill even its deadline of a week to make the appointments required by the new regulations, according to the official. The person went on to say that the specifics of the compliance officer’s appointment had yet to be disclosed with the government. Twitter on Tuesday said it has appointed an interim chief compliance officer and the details of the appointment will be shared directly with the IT ministry. The judgment came after the government offered Twitter one final chance to comply with the new rules after the microblogging platform failed to make immediate important staff appointments, as required by the new standards, which took effect on May 26.

Twitter Responses

Twitter assured the government last week that it is in the advanced stages of finalizing the appointment of the chief compliance officer and would submit additional details within a week. A Twitter spokesperson on Tuesday said, “The company continues to make every effort to comply with the new guidelines and is keeping the IT ministry apprised of progress at every step of the process.”

This month, Twitter told the government that it was “committed to complying with the new laws”. It expressed worries about the safety of its employees in the nation and police intimidation. It sought a week to comply with the new restrictions after the government issued an ultimatum stating that Twitter will suffer “unintended consequences,” which may include losing legal protection from criminal prosecution for user material.

The recommendations urge firms like Twitter, WhatsApp, and Facebook to modify how they govern material, create nodal officials for compliance and grievance redressal, and include features like message tracking and the voluntary utmost discretion.

Twitter and the government have had disagreements over content takedown orders and the company’s actions against prominent people linked to the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party for violation of its terms of use.

Against this backdrop, the new IT rules hardened the stand-off last month, with Twitter earlier asking for three months to comply, raising concerns over the “core elements” of the norms, and flagging potential threats to the safety of its employees after a visit by the Delhi Police.

Google, WhatsApp, and Facebook have shared the details of the officers with the government. The new rules have been contested by several parties, including WhatsApp which has argued that the traceability provision mandated in the guidelines would violate end-to-end encryption.

Completing early education from his hometown, Akash moved to Varanasi in 2002 and he joined Uday Pratap College, Varanasi, and completed his senior secondary education in 2004. He subsequently moved to Allahabad (currently known as ‘Prayagraj’) and attended Allahabad Agriculture Institute Deemed University in Uttar Pradesh, India where he earned his bachelor’s degree(B.Sc. Ag) in 2008. And lastly, he also earned his B.ED from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Ayodhya, Uttar-Pradesh, India.

During his graduation, he was associated with Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and started his facilitation and nurturance to help and serve the people of India. Currently, he is serving as a school teacher at a prestigious institution but is not limited to his job. In fact, he is relentlessly working day and night to support, uplift, and assist people who are struggling to sustain themselves for a living. Due to his unique quality, supporting nature, he has become a well renowned and popular social activist and helping needy people in various forms.

His supportive and tireless efforts have introduced him to various political personalities who have appreciated his work. To name a few, he has been awarded and offered a role of Member of State Working Committee, BJYM(BJP) Uttar Pradesh in 2014. His passion and contribution earned him a permanent role in Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

Due to his leadership quality, passion for work, roles, and responsibilities, he was recognized by V.H.P. ‘s organization secretary Kashi province Manoj Shrivastava Ji. Under the guidance of Manoj Ji, he was associated with lots of activities across the country. During his day-to-day activities, he was recognized and awarded by many central VHP office bearers, mainly Champat Rai Ji and Rajendra Singh Pankaj Ji. He has been a member of V.H.P. since 2008. Akash Singh Lallu was a volunteer and served as a co-coordinator of the traffic system of Vishwa Hindu Parishad during Mahakumbh 2013 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

Currently, he is associated with the Basic Education Department, Behraich, Uttar Pradesh. Apart from accomplishing all his responsibilities on a regular basis, he is actively participating in all social activities and is always prepared to serve the development of the nation no matter what.

She is a renowned performer, a fastidious Mentor, an imaginative choreographer a sought-after curator, a writer and poet, and in the field of dance for over five decades. As a choreographer and performer, she has used the didactic potency of her chosen style –Bharata Natyam, to highlight not only messages of Saints and Acharyas but also to mirror not only the mythological but also draw attention to environmental, contemporary issues and awaken rasikas through the Art form. Her concern to preserve the poetry in language and the imagination in children in this world of ‘hashtags’ has had her present fairy tales and also gather the synergy of dance with the visual arts, poetry, fashion, and architecture.

As a teacher, her Institution that has completed its Silver Jubilee has brought to the forefront several talented youngsters forefront not only in the city but also in the underprivileged sectors of the Vasai-Virar region who are graded and impaneled artists. Her student list includes several celebrities including Smt Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Girija Oak Godbole, and several others.

As a curator she has with her unique style presented the prestigious Hindustan Times Kalaghoda festival, The Times Celebrate Bandra Festival, The Mohininrithyati Festival for Kerala Sangeet Natak Academi, Satvikam – tracing dance routes to temples, Ekam –gathering the synergy of diverse dance forms and linking worlds, Swadeshi Runway highlighting the journey of textures and dance forms enhancing our culture through historical transitions.

Unlike dancers concerned only with performances in festivals, she is using it as a therapy to work with differently-abled adults, children with down syndrome and also working with the tribals in the forest region of Kaman.

As the Section president of the first official section of the International Dance Council, she has successfully concluded two world congresses with over 350 delegates from all over the world, converging across seven days through seminars, lectures, workshops, and performances.

The lockdown has had her present over nine virtual dance festivals highlighting diverse themes such as ‘Ode to Humanity’ –April’20, where over 90 dancers all over the world merged to endorse the strength of the human spirit. AAROH –MAY ’20 showcasing the ability of differently-abled adults, EKAM in July’20 to highlight Dance as a bridging metaphor, TRIKALAM- a three-day festival showcasing three generations of dancers, ODE TO THE TREE-March 21, Dance the circle –April 21, and several others.

She has been conferred several titles and awards from religious and social organizations and Dance Sabhas including the Kalashri Puraskaram from Kerala Sangeet Natak Academy, the prestigious Swami Haridas Sammelan .the Global ambassador of peace, etc. She is a recipient of the WOW award initiated by the charismatic Shobha Arya four times over. She has presented research papers and regaled audiences all over the

world and hopes to continue spreading goodwill through dance that to her is the ultimate visual prayer. People from all walks of life to be honored for their tireless contributions to the welfare of society in these unprecedented times.
