With the help of numbers 0 to 9, a numerologist can reveal the past, present, and future of a person. Numerology can assist humankind in solving real-life problems with the help of numbers.

Not only guiding on future but these numbers can also be used therapy for solving many issues of human life.

Today, we have with us Ace Astro Numerologist Sidhharrth S Kumaar to talk with us about his life journey and how he got into this field of  Numerology and Occult Science.

Sidhharrth S Kumaar is a renowned name in Astro numerology and is carrying the legacy of his ancestors. He has been practicing this for the last 7 years and has solved real-life problems of individuals and businesses through his capabilities and skills in Numerology.

Early Life

Sidhharrth S Kumaar was born on Sep 14, 1990, at Muzaffarpur, Bihar in a family with rich traditions.

Education

The initial schooling was done at CBSE affiliated schools in Muzaffarpur Bihar. After completing his school, he moved to Alwar, Rajasthan, and completed his degree of Bachelor of Pharmacy from Alwar Pharmacy College affiliated to Rajasthan University of Health Services, Jaipur.

From where you gained occult knowledge?

The learning and inclination to occult sciences are rooted in the rich history of the family. I gained occult knowledge from the very starting of my life and today it became as a mode to transform human life with the knowledge and skill gifted by almighty.

The first learning or initiation in occult science, I owe to my great grandfather from whom I learned the nuances of Astrology & Palmistry. Along with these basics of occult sciences, I was also gifted with motivational life stories from our religious scriptures such as Vedas, Ramayana, and practical life stories of ancestors penned down in the form of memories.

Post-reading those, I read about Numerology, Lama Fera Healing, and many other occult modalities.

Along with the education journey of modern science, these learnings of the occult were also going on simultaneously through the effort and guidance of gurus.

How it all started?

I started my learning at the age of 6 years, and from there until now, this has been a learning journey with an objective to add new learnings every day in my life. I consider myself as a lifetime learner with passion and zeal to learn with every passing second of time.

In the initial years, the advice based on Astro numerology was limited to people known to me (virtually friends, relatives, their referrals, and so on).

With time, that advice shared in-person to a limited set of people started bearing fruits and on the motivation of those close group, laid the foundation of NumroVani on Sep 15, 2019, and started advising the public both online and offline platforms.

What is your achievement today?

The biggest achievement is seeing the smile on the people I have advised and keep on advising with every day.

I owe every achievement of mine to Lord Shiva and my gurus.

I have guided individuals, celebrities and business houses on their real-world problems and have brought smiles back on their faces.

People association and their love is the real power that makes me I am today. Very recently, I was rated as a leading spiritual influencer by a reputed newspaper. Furthermore, I have been recognized and felicitated by many organization and NGOs for my work such as the GBTEOI Award, India star Republic Award, Prime Time Global Icon Awards, etc.

My social media presence (NumroVani) has garnered more than 50K+ support over a period of time, and it is growing every day.

How can people contact you?

With the current situation in mind, I can be reached through my website and social mediaplatforms.

The consultation is delivered both online and offline.

What would you like to advise our readers?

My advice to each one reading this is to follow your passion and give everything it needs from you. The biggest competition one has is from themselves only. You are competing with yourself every day paves the path from person to blossom like a flower.

Thank you, Sidhharrth S Kumaar, for taking out time and speaking to us on your life journey. Your life journey is full of motivation, and I strongly believe it will inspire many to follow their passion as well. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

‘Generic India’ founded by Vikas Yadav provides medicine at minimal cost

The India Saga Saga |

We tend to think too much and feel too little. We need compassion more than machinery; we need goodness and gentleness more than cleverness. Life will be violent without these values, and all will be lost. But In this tough time of the pandemic, some people are keeping humanity alive and one of them is Vikas Yadav, founder and CEO of ‘Generic India,’ a pharmaceutical Govt recognized startup.

Vikas came up with this idea when the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 saw a rise and many people who did not receive medication suffered or received medicine at a very high cost. He did some research on drug prices and found that they were very low price. Also noticed that there are two types of medication available: generic and branded.

He saw that India exports generic medicines to 200 countries; however, although generic medicines are widely available in India at a low cost, some retailers and other sellers charge a high price. The organisation focuses on people with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and others who take medications daily.

The company aims to offer high-quality medication to the common man at a low cost as compared to market prices and to ensure that customers receive safe and reliable medicine.

Generic India offers up to a 90% discount on all generic medications in all categories (Cardio, Diabetic, Paediatrics, Gyne, Derma, ENT, ortho). They have over 1500 items in their portfolio. All products are produced in WHO and GMP-certified facilities and checked by the NABL Lab.

If one wants to take advantage, “Generic India” can be found in places like Hisar, Gurgaon, Jhansi, Indore, Jabalpur, Bhopal, Satana, and others. Also, they have finalised several franchises in 17+ cities across India, in states such as Haryana, UP, MP, Delhi, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Bihar, Assam, and others.

By the end of 2021, they have 1000+ aggregator stores and are getting 10+ stores per region. They intend to open 1000+ stores in the first step, with a goal of 100 cities.

Vikas says that “ We will do all we can to contribute to the creation of a safe country.”

Tips to Lead a Healthy Lifestyle

The India Saga Saga |

Don’t we all want to lead a healthy lifestyle, right? A healthy lifestyle keeps you away from lots of diseases and much more. You stay productive, and there’s no room for negativity either. When you feel good from the inside, you see positivity floating around you. Have a look down below at some of the ways you can lead a healthy lifestyle.

 Eat Well

Let’s just start from the basics. Eating healthy matters a lot, right? When you don’t eat well, there are chances that you’ll get sick often, and that is something we all dread. In order to eat healthily, you must eliminate junk from your diet. Make sure to opt for healthy food like fruits and veggies. However, that does not mean you skip meat at all. Make sure to consume the right amount of nutrients needed by the human body to stay healthy.

You should also opt for unsaturated fats instead of saturated ones. Sure, fats are a must for your body to function well. However, too many fats can affect your body weight and cardiovascular health as well. In order to do this, you should replace frying stuff with boiling, steaming, or baking. Moreover, try using vegetable oils and make sure to remove the fatty part of the meat you are going for.

Moving on, when it comes to drinks, opt for juices instead of fizzy drinks. Trust me, these drinks are only making your health worse. There is nothing good coming from them. Simply opt for fresh juices that you can easily make at your home. Moreover, don’t drink too much coffee or tea either. A lot of caffeine is not good for your health.premium counterfeit id websites

 Vitamins Matter

Another thing you should focus on is eating vitamins. There are many capsules available out there, such as vitamin B, C, D, and even multi-vitamins. Go for the one recommended by your doctor and have them regularly. Remember, vitamins play a major role when it comes to maintaining your health. Doctors out there recommend them to people to consume on a regular basis. These keep your health intact and make sure you face no issues when it comes to your health.

Exercising

Don’t forget to exercise on every day. Exercise is extremely important when it comes to maintaining your health, so don’t skip on that at all. Go for a jog, a walk, or cycling each day. Be it in the morning or right after you come back from work. You should also consider joining a gym and keep track of your fitness level.

Moreover, lots of people meditate in the morning as they believe it helps them in spending a productive day. It has a huge impact on their thinking skills, and they start feeling good and energized.

Get Checked Regularly

You should also consider getting yourself checked regularly. You never know what disease you might be going through, and it is best if it’s caught beforehand. This could include anything, be it diabetes, cardiovascular issues, and more.

Book an appointment with your GP after every 3-4 months. Moreover, if your doctor has recommended some medications, do not forget to take them at all.

Spend Time With Your Friends And Family

Another thing you should consider doing is spending time with your friends and family. Now, the reason behind this is that isolation can make one go crazy. Chances are that you might get depressed if you are too lonely, and that is a big no when it comes to your health. Talk to your friends, share whatever you are feeling and let it all out. Remember, we all need a shoulder to cry on, and there is nothing to be ashamed of. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and you must keep that in mind.

Go out for drinks every once in a while, enjoy regular family meals that can help you cope up with the different stuff you are going through. Moreover, don’t forget to laugh and smile several times a day!

Sleep Well

Getting a good night’s sleep is a must to take care of your health. Have you ever noticed that when we don’t sleep well, we can’t really function throughout the day? Moreover, we get all cranky and end up ruining our entire day.

As adults, we must sleep for at least 8 hours every night in order to function well and spend the day feeling fully energized. This way, you will feel productive and will lead a happy and healthy lifestyle. Sounds great, doesn’t it?

Reduce Your Salt And Sugar Intake

Another thing you need to focus on is to reduce your salt as well as sugar intake. Now, a high salt intake is known to result in high blood pressure that can be pretty harmful to your health. This can also lead to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. To reduce salt, you should choose products that come with minimal sodium content. Also, try substituting salt with other spices when cooking.

Moving on, to reduce your sugar intake, you should opt for non-sugary drinks and eliminate desserts from your diet. It’s okay to have one every once in a while; however, don’t have them every day as they can lead to diabetes. If you’re a fan of sweetness, have fruits instead of cakes, etc.

Relax

Had a hard week at work? Instead of working at home over the weekend, you should focus on yourself and your routine. Working continuously is not good for your physical as well as mental health. Give yourself some time,  watch a movie, and simply relax. This is a must for you if you want to lead a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you do not stress yourself at all.

Wrapping It Up

Here comes an end to our list of some tips that can help you lead a healthy lifestyle. Don’t forget to add them to your daily routine and see what wonders they can do for you! Published by activemyhome

Shiv Sena Saamna’s on Covid 19 crisis: SC should have considered rallies and Kumbh

The India Saga Saga |

According to news agency ANI, the mouthpiece for the Shiv Sena, Saamna said that the current crisis in the country caused by the spread of coronavirus disease could have been avoided if the Supreme Court had taken notice of political leaders’ public rallies and the Kumbh Mela in time.

It said, “The SC has now taken cognizance of the Covid situation in the country. If the court had taken into consideration the roadshows done by many political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah, and the Haridwar Kumbh Mela at the right time, such a situation would not have arisen.”

Several politicians have been chastised for organizing massive rallies in the run-up to the upcoming assembly elections. The Election Commission of India (ECI) barred roadshows and vehicle rallies for the remaining phases of the West Bengal elections on Thursday, after hundreds of people were seen flouting Covid-19 norms at such rallies. The polling body stated that no public meeting of more than 500 people would be permitted.

PM Modi, Amit Shah, and West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee were among the top leaders to cancel rallies in the state after the order was issued.

On April 18, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi halted all of his rallies in West Bengal and urged other leaders to do the same. For the same, he tweeted, “In view of the Covid situation, I am suspending all my public rallies in West Bengal. I would advise all political leaders to think deeply about the consequences of holding large public rallies under the current circumstances.”

Meanwhile, thousands of people gathered in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar for the Kumbh Mela to take a holy dip on the occasion of Shahi Snan. According to PTI, crowds in Haridwar thinned “drastically” after PM Modi appealed to Swami Avdheshanand Giri last week to transform the Kumbh Mela into a “symbolic” event in light of the rapidly spreading virus and main “akhadas” of seers began withdrawing from the Maha Kumbh.

On Friday, India reported 332,730 new cases of Covid-19. With this, the total number of infections has risen to 16,263,695. The death toll still stands at 186920, with 2263 new deaths.

Entrepreneur Sahil Kothari, Empowers, Enriches and Elevates Lives

The India Saga Saga |

Sahil, the founder of “Sahil Kothari Training & Consultancy”, a strong believer of the Law of Attraction, was determined that with keenness to do something, intention to derive full focus, and ignoring everything around him, the results of his efforts are bound to show up.

Hailing from Kolkata, West Bengal, Sahil completed his schooling at St Paul’s, Darjeeling, and B.Com. from Bhawanipur College, Kolkata. Though he opted for Chartered Accountancy, he later realized that it wasn’t his cup of tea—but it wouldn’t be easy to leave it as well, without being criticized for his decision. Amidst the humongous pressure of belonging to a middle-class family and the societal pressure of settling in life, he was determined to do something of his own. The perks of doing the typical 9–6 job didn’t quite fascinate him and he continued fostering thoughts of doing something of his own; a new idea was to be born soon.

During this time, he came across a book—Secret; the concept of Law of Attraction amazed him. This gave him the courage to leave his Dubai job and CA studies midway, in 2016. Although bombarded with heavy criticism, he exactly followed whatever was written in the book: “If you are keen to do something and can derive full focus, ignore everything around you and the results are bound to show up.” When he started getting small results, he began posting his Law of Attraction experiences and manifestations on various Facebook pages, blogs, and WhatsApp groups.

Soon, people, upon coming across this amazing content, started approaching him for one-on-one coaching—that’s when he realized the power of digitalization and online learning. Observing the growth and success of his idea, he gave birth to a new venture—Sahil Kothari Training & Consultancy—with the intention of providing high-quality training at the lowest possible cost. Promoting his courses, he managed to get only 10 students for the first workshop. Instead of being disheartened, he took it as a motivation and kept giving his best. Seeing his efforts and through word of mouth, more and more people started joining his workshops.

Today, training over thousands of students every month in subjects of psychology, mind power, health and wellness, and occult science, Sahil Kothari Training and Consultancy has catered to over 50,000 students across the globe since 2018. When asked about what message he would like to give the young start-ups through his journey, he confidently replied, “Well, with cut-throat competitions come numerous challenges. The key thing is your intent. Set your intentions of what you want to achieve and in what duration. Never doubt your intention; just focus on the solution—not the problem. Practicing this will give you tremendous results and you miraculously will find your path.”
