Tips to Lead a Healthy Lifestyle

The India Saga Saga |

Don’t we all want to lead a healthy lifestyle, right? A healthy lifestyle keeps you away from lots of diseases and much more. You stay productive, and there’s no room for negativity either. When you feel good from the inside, you see positivity floating around you. Have a look down below at some of the ways you can lead a healthy lifestyle.

 Eat Well

Let’s just start from the basics. Eating healthy matters a lot, right? When you don’t eat well, there are chances that you’ll get sick often, and that is something we all dread. In order to eat healthily, you must eliminate junk from your diet. Make sure to opt for healthy food like fruits and veggies. However, that does not mean you skip meat at all. Make sure to consume the right amount of nutrients needed by the human body to stay healthy.

You should also opt for unsaturated fats instead of saturated ones. Sure, fats are a must for your body to function well. However, too many fats can affect your body weight and cardiovascular health as well. In order to do this, you should replace frying stuff with boiling, steaming, or baking. Moreover, try using vegetable oils and make sure to remove the fatty part of the meat you are going for.

Moving on, when it comes to drinks, opt for juices instead of fizzy drinks. Trust me, these drinks are only making your health worse. There is nothing good coming from them. Simply opt for fresh juices that you can easily make at your home. Moreover, don’t drink too much coffee or tea either. A lot of caffeine is not good for your health.premium counterfeit id websites

 Vitamins Matter

Another thing you should focus on is eating vitamins. There are many capsules available out there, such as vitamin B, C, D, and even multi-vitamins. Go for the one recommended by your doctor and have them regularly. Remember, vitamins play a major role when it comes to maintaining your health. Doctors out there recommend them to people to consume on a regular basis. These keep your health intact and make sure you face no issues when it comes to your health.

Exercising

Don’t forget to exercise on every day. Exercise is extremely important when it comes to maintaining your health, so don’t skip on that at all. Go for a jog, a walk, or cycling each day. Be it in the morning or right after you come back from work. You should also consider joining a gym and keep track of your fitness level.

Moreover, lots of people meditate in the morning as they believe it helps them in spending a productive day. It has a huge impact on their thinking skills, and they start feeling good and energized.

Get Checked Regularly

You should also consider getting yourself checked regularly. You never know what disease you might be going through, and it is best if it’s caught beforehand. This could include anything, be it diabetes, cardiovascular issues, and more.

Book an appointment with your GP after every 3-4 months. Moreover, if your doctor has recommended some medications, do not forget to take them at all.

Spend Time With Your Friends And Family

Another thing you should consider doing is spending time with your friends and family. Now, the reason behind this is that isolation can make one go crazy. Chances are that you might get depressed if you are too lonely, and that is a big no when it comes to your health. Talk to your friends, share whatever you are feeling and let it all out. Remember, we all need a shoulder to cry on, and there is nothing to be ashamed of. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and you must keep that in mind.

Go out for drinks every once in a while, enjoy regular family meals that can help you cope up with the different stuff you are going through. Moreover, don’t forget to laugh and smile several times a day!

Sleep Well

Getting a good night’s sleep is a must to take care of your health. Have you ever noticed that when we don’t sleep well, we can’t really function throughout the day? Moreover, we get all cranky and end up ruining our entire day.

As adults, we must sleep for at least 8 hours every night in order to function well and spend the day feeling fully energized. This way, you will feel productive and will lead a happy and healthy lifestyle. Sounds great, doesn’t it?

Reduce Your Salt And Sugar Intake

Another thing you need to focus on is to reduce your salt as well as sugar intake. Now, a high salt intake is known to result in high blood pressure that can be pretty harmful to your health. This can also lead to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases. To reduce salt, you should choose products that come with minimal sodium content. Also, try substituting salt with other spices when cooking.

Moving on, to reduce your sugar intake, you should opt for non-sugary drinks and eliminate desserts from your diet. It’s okay to have one every once in a while; however, don’t have them every day as they can lead to diabetes. If you’re a fan of sweetness, have fruits instead of cakes, etc.

Relax

Had a hard week at work? Instead of working at home over the weekend, you should focus on yourself and your routine. Working continuously is not good for your physical as well as mental health. Give yourself some time,  watch a movie, and simply relax. This is a must for you if you want to lead a healthy lifestyle. Make sure you do not stress yourself at all.

Wrapping It Up

Here comes an end to our list of some tips that can help you lead a healthy lifestyle. Don’t forget to add them to your daily routine and see what wonders they can do for you! Published by activemyhome

Shiv Sena Saamna’s on Covid 19 crisis: SC should have considered rallies and Kumbh

The India Saga Saga |

According to news agency ANI, the mouthpiece for the Shiv Sena, Saamna said that the current crisis in the country caused by the spread of coronavirus disease could have been avoided if the Supreme Court had taken notice of political leaders’ public rallies and the Kumbh Mela in time.

It said, “The SC has now taken cognizance of the Covid situation in the country. If the court had taken into consideration the roadshows done by many political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah, and the Haridwar Kumbh Mela at the right time, such a situation would not have arisen.”

Several politicians have been chastised for organizing massive rallies in the run-up to the upcoming assembly elections. The Election Commission of India (ECI) barred roadshows and vehicle rallies for the remaining phases of the West Bengal elections on Thursday, after hundreds of people were seen flouting Covid-19 norms at such rallies. The polling body stated that no public meeting of more than 500 people would be permitted.

PM Modi, Amit Shah, and West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress supremo Mamata Banerjee were among the top leaders to cancel rallies in the state after the order was issued.

On April 18, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi halted all of his rallies in West Bengal and urged other leaders to do the same. For the same, he tweeted, “In view of the Covid situation, I am suspending all my public rallies in West Bengal. I would advise all political leaders to think deeply about the consequences of holding large public rallies under the current circumstances.”

Meanwhile, thousands of people gathered in Uttarakhand’s Haridwar for the Kumbh Mela to take a holy dip on the occasion of Shahi Snan. According to PTI, crowds in Haridwar thinned “drastically” after PM Modi appealed to Swami Avdheshanand Giri last week to transform the Kumbh Mela into a “symbolic” event in light of the rapidly spreading virus and main “akhadas” of seers began withdrawing from the Maha Kumbh.

On Friday, India reported 332,730 new cases of Covid-19. With this, the total number of infections has risen to 16,263,695. The death toll still stands at 186920, with 2263 new deaths.

Entrepreneur Sahil Kothari, Empowers, Enriches and Elevates Lives

The India Saga Saga |

Sahil, the founder of “Sahil Kothari Training & Consultancy”, a strong believer of the Law of Attraction, was determined that with keenness to do something, intention to derive full focus, and ignoring everything around him, the results of his efforts are bound to show up.

Hailing from Kolkata, West Bengal, Sahil completed his schooling at St Paul’s, Darjeeling, and B.Com. from Bhawanipur College, Kolkata. Though he opted for Chartered Accountancy, he later realized that it wasn’t his cup of tea—but it wouldn’t be easy to leave it as well, without being criticized for his decision. Amidst the humongous pressure of belonging to a middle-class family and the societal pressure of settling in life, he was determined to do something of his own. The perks of doing the typical 9–6 job didn’t quite fascinate him and he continued fostering thoughts of doing something of his own; a new idea was to be born soon.

During this time, he came across a book—Secret; the concept of Law of Attraction amazed him. This gave him the courage to leave his Dubai job and CA studies midway, in 2016. Although bombarded with heavy criticism, he exactly followed whatever was written in the book: “If you are keen to do something and can derive full focus, ignore everything around you and the results are bound to show up.” When he started getting small results, he began posting his Law of Attraction experiences and manifestations on various Facebook pages, blogs, and WhatsApp groups.

Soon, people, upon coming across this amazing content, started approaching him for one-on-one coaching—that’s when he realized the power of digitalization and online learning. Observing the growth and success of his idea, he gave birth to a new venture—Sahil Kothari Training & Consultancy—with the intention of providing high-quality training at the lowest possible cost. Promoting his courses, he managed to get only 10 students for the first workshop. Instead of being disheartened, he took it as a motivation and kept giving his best. Seeing his efforts and through word of mouth, more and more people started joining his workshops.

Today, training over thousands of students every month in subjects of psychology, mind power, health and wellness, and occult science, Sahil Kothari Training and Consultancy has catered to over 50,000 students across the globe since 2018. When asked about what message he would like to give the young start-ups through his journey, he confidently replied, “Well, with cut-throat competitions come numerous challenges. The key thing is your intent. Set your intentions of what you want to achieve and in what duration. Never doubt your intention; just focus on the solution—not the problem. Practicing this will give you tremendous results and you miraculously will find your path.”

The India Saga Saga |

Chandigarh, April 22, 2021: “Unhealthy lifestyle is leading to more younger people, mainly in the age 30-40 years getting infected by the new strain of the Novel Coronavirus. Younger Indians follow an erratic routine which affects their diet too. Eating junk, spending unending hours on the smartphone and in front of the computer screen is impacting the immunity of this age group of people thus exposing them to COVID”, said Guru Manish Ji.  Guru Manish Ji, founder of Shuddhi Ayurveda which has its corporate headquarter near Chandigarh and runs under its banner 160 + clinics all over India.

Guru Manish Ji, who has established himself as one of India’s most influential Ayurveda and traditional Indian healing methods experts, was interacting with the media here.

Guru Manish Ji added, “The number of COVID cases is going up exponentially also as the new virus is more virulent and is mutating in a way which helps it infect host human bodies on a larger scale. However fellow Indians on the other hand are not changing their strategy to ward off the COVID threat. Indians are not following time-tested natural immunity  boosting measures suggested by Ayurveda and so the virus is engulfing lakhs of Indians on a daily basis.”

Savin Communication manifests as the leading Digital PR marketplace in the country

The India Saga Saga |

Going digital is the theme of this decade, if a business does not adapt to the changing ecosystem of tech advancements, then it will certainly perish. Owing to the worldwide changes in the way individuals perform their day-to-day activities, each firm has to adopt a tech driven mechanism which eases out the pressure on the manpower and facilitates a minimal contact system.

Savin Communication is one of those leading companies who have leveraged this phase to register a skyrocketing growth with their tech driven end to end PR abilities. Incepted in the year 2017 by Saurav Chaudhary, a Journalism graduate who has a profound PR experience, it is today one of the fastest growing Digital PR Agency committed to the changing needs of the industry.

Catering to the necessity

Having skilfully capped the necessity of several businesses in promoting their products/services with robust PR, Savin Communication has seen a whopping three times growth in their revenues during the phase of the lethal Covid-19 pandemic.

A bootstrapped firm is today generating huge revenue owing to their foresightedness when the world was gripping from the effects of Covid-19. It was the vision of Saurav Chaudhary which emulsified in making Savin a top performing PR agency that has its collaborations with over 100 media publications and associates.

The Rise of a phoenix

The year 2020 which happened to be the year of widespread chaos and shut-downs gave rise to the phoenix that Savin Communication has become today. In 2020-21, Savin Communication launched some rising verticals The PR tree  and WeTheInfluencer which received accolades from various stakeholders for their innovativeness and automations.

The PR tree is their flagship launch that broadens the horizons of a digital breakthrough. Aimed at incentivising businesses to get their stories of triumph published in some of the most renowned platforms across the globe digitally and without any human contact or hassle, the entire process from the client submitting the brief on the website to the final delivery of the links of the various deliverables was seamlessly curated digitally, promoting negligible physical contact and maximum convenience to clients.

Talking about making such disruptions in the PR market, Saurav Chaudhary says,”Since print publications were shut, we saw a huge increase in online publications which is our core service. During the lockdown, we were able to scale our business to a staggering 300 percent growth, our prime focus was on building credibility and catering to the needs of the seemingly isolated, medium and small companies because of which, we were able to disseminate more than 10,000 articles for over 3,000 clients from India and across the globe”.

Creating disruptive tendencies

At times when firms across the globe were drowning with manpower layoffs and massive salary cuts, Savin Communication undertook more hiring’s and saw a burgeoning rise of PR campaign requests on their automated platforms.

Not only this, one aspect which has taken us by surprise was the regular functioning of their offices throughout the pandemic. The committed team at Savin has been working from their headquarters in Noida when most firms shifted to the WFH model and registered their record breaking revenue with no medical casualties only because of their disciplined approach to meeting the needs of the overarching PR requests.

“We followed all the safety precautions inside the company and our manpower worked each day without any medical issues. This calculated decision brought a ball game change into steering more than 3 times growth in our general revenue which was different than many organisations that were facing manpower cuts and sudden decline in their revenues. We knew this was the golden period to leverage our brand to the top and we actually expanded our team with more hirings”, adds Saurav Chaudhary on their revolutionary approach in the midst of the pandemic.

In a nutshell, with their various innovations and  tech driven platforms that have made way for their manpower to only spend their energies on the most pressing tasks, Savin Communication has become an exemplary business model for the industry to adhere and swear by.
