When Sam (Vicky Kaushal) earns his spurs at the Military Academy early in the movie, we first see him. Holding her own, Sanya Malhotra plays the charming young Silloo in a charming romance that ends with her becoming his wife. Despite suffering severe injuries, he survives his time in Burma during World War II. 

The recognition he received immediately following his incredible recovery proved that he was destined for greatness. The British, who had pinned the bravery medals on his chest, had set the stage for the brutal Partition and a divided Army. Manekshaw was never close to his friend Yahya Khan (Ayyub, nearly undetectable beneath layers of prosthetics), who stayed behind in what would become Pakistan.

Manekshaw was a key player in the war of 1971. His astute planning enabled Mrs Gandhi to subdue the Americans and decisively defeat the Pakistani army. The movie portrays her (Fatima Sana Shaikh) as a leader who doesn’t hesitate to make difficult choices. Still, it is less complimentary of Nehru (Neeraj Kabi), who is frequently shown to be unsure of his course of action. However, these political pranks, which featured several influential people at the time, such as Sardar Patel (Govind Namdeo) and other Cabinet members, don’t seem to have the same impact as they ought to. That also applies to the entire movie.

However, Kaushal’s spot-on appearance—sparkling eyes and a stiff mustache—won me over. Even though it’s hard to play a character this close to the real one without becoming caricatured, he becomes Sam Bahadur.

Uttarakhand is the first state in the country to participate in the e-national Agricultural Market is now available in Uttarakhand, making it the nation’s first state. E-NAM will be the name of the shared electronic trading portal.

Wednesday, 29 November, brought great success to Manipur for the Union Government. The oldest active rebel group of the state has signed a peace agreement. The agreement is significant not only for Manipur but also for the North-East region. In the last few years, a particular strategy has been planned under the leadership of the Union Home Ministry, and it seems to be successful.

Manipur’s oldest rebel armed group, the UNLF (United National Liberation Front), has agreed to give up violence and join the mainstream. The UNLF signed a peace deal with the government on Wednesday and agreed to abandon violence. After this agreement, the oldest armed organization operating in the valley of Manipur has agreed to give up violence and join the mainstream. This agreement will herald the beginning of a new era of peace in the entire North-East region, especially in Manipur. UNLF has taken this decision after the central government extended the ban imposed on the group several years ago by five years.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s strategy behind this agreement worked. Thee areas where this organization was active were identified to establish peace in the Northeast. Union Home Minister Amit Shah held several meetings with Home Ministry officials and respective Chief Ministers from the North-Eastern states. The formation of UNLF and its initial expansion received the support of China. In the last few years, a unique strategy was made under which the Home Ministry planned to agree with this group.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced this agreement. He said that UNLF, the oldest group active in the valley of Manipur, has agreed to give up violence and join the normal. He said, “I welcome them to the democratic processes and wish the group all the best on the journey on the path of peace and progress. Many militant groups have laid down arms in the last few years.”

The militant group Dimasa National Liberation Army (DNLA), active in Assam, abandoned violence a while ago and signed a treaty with the Center and the state. The militant group signed the peace accord in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Assam CM. PM Modi had described DNLA’s decision to give up violence and join the mainstream as good news for peace and progress in the Northeast.

The DNLA organization talks about fighting for the sovereignty of the people of Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong through insurgency. This organization was active in many parts of Assam and Nagaland. The rehabilitation of surrendered cadres was decided, and a unique development package was announced.

In August 2019, an agreement was signed with Tripura’s militant organization NLFT (SD). In this, many cadres surrendered with weapons. The Bodo Agreement was signed in January 2020. Under which more than 2250 militants had surrendered with weapons. In February 2020, many leaders and cadres of the Karbi group surrendered in Assam.

However, a few insulin molecules intended for oral administration are undergoing clinical trials and should soon be used in clinical settings.

Current methods of Insulin delivery and their limitations  

1. Syringe 

Insulin is administered by needle with syringes and insulin pens. In comparison to syringes, pens might be more practical and more comfortable for kids.

3. Insulin Pump 

The size of an insulin pump is comparable to a tiny cell phone. It provides an hourly basal dose of either short- or rapid-acting insulin. You determine the dosage when you eat or when your blood sugar is elevated, and the insulin in the pump administers the bolus.

A thin plastic tube semi-permanently inserted into the fatty layer beneath your skin—typically in the stomach region or the back of the upper arm—delivers insulin via the pump. You will be shown by your physician or a health education specialist where to put the tube.

The announcement by the Hyderabad-based company NiedlFree of an insulin oral spray, Ozulin, a needle-free substitute, can potentially revolutionize diabetes treatment if approved. The fact that the dosages can be sprayed straight into the mouth makes it a practical choice.

The oral insulin spray’s tasteless liquid aerosol mist formulation is applied to the buccal mucosa through a patented delivery system. However, the formulation functions more like synthetic fast-acting insulin analogues; the active pharmaceutical ingredient is recombinant human insulin.

Researchers have demonstrated that, compared to regular insulin administered subcutaneously, the oral insulin spray had a quicker onset and shorter duration of action and was directly absorbed in proportion to the amount administered in clinical studies involving healthy participants and those with T1DM and T2DM.

Research published in the Nature journal Scientific Reports suggests that spray drying can produce dry insulin nanoparticles, which could lead to the development of bioadhesive films or oral tablets as dosage forms.

Oral Insulin Spray – Clinical trial Results 

Large-scale clinical trials have demonstrated that in both type 1 (T1DM) and type 2 (T2DM) diabetes, achieving better glycaemic control significantly lowers the risk of microvascular complications over the long term. A novel insulin spray formulation and delivery system is an alternative to injectable and inhaled insulin. The apparatus facilitates the aerosolized spray delivery of a liquid oral insulin formulation into the oral cavity. 

The oral insulin spray was generally well tolerated in every study. During the dosing process, a small amount of mild dizziness occurred in a few healthy and T1DM subjects; these symptoms were mild and self-limited. No modifications were observed in the vital signs, laboratory values, or physical examination outcomes. 

Numerous biological barriers, whether anatomical or physiological, have long been viewed by pharmaceutical researchers as hindering the development of an effective non-penetrative insulin drug delivery system. The amount of insulin that can enter is restricted by these barriers.
