Uttarakhand is the first state in the country to participate in the e-national Agricultural Market is now available in Uttarakhand, making it the nation’s first state. Wednesday, 29 November, brought great success to Manipur for the Union Government. The oldest active rebel group of the state has signed a peace agreement. The agreement is significant not only for Manipur but also for the North-East region. In the last few years, a particular strategy has been planned under the leadership of the Union Home Ministry, and it seems to be successful.

Manipur’s oldest rebel armed group, the UNLF (United National Liberation Front), has agreed to give up violence and join the mainstream. The UNLF signed a peace deal with the government on Wednesday and agreed to abandon violence. After this agreement, the oldest armed organization operating in the valley of Manipur has agreed to give up violence and join the mainstream. This agreement will herald the beginning of a new era of peace in the entire North-East region, especially in Manipur. UNLF has taken this decision after the central government extended the ban imposed on the group several years ago by five years.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s strategy behind this agreement worked. Thee areas where this organization was active were identified to establish peace in the Northeast. Union Home Minister Amit Shah held several meetings with Home Ministry officials and respective Chief Ministers from the North-Eastern states. The formation of UNLF and its initial expansion received the support of China. In the last few years, a unique strategy was made under which the Home Ministry planned to agree with this group.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah announced this agreement. He said that UNLF, the oldest group active in the valley of Manipur, has agreed to give up violence and join the normal. He said, “I welcome them to the democratic processes and wish the group all the best on the journey on the path of peace and progress. Many militant groups have laid down arms in the last few years.”

The militant group Dimasa National Liberation Army (DNLA), active in Assam, abandoned violence a while ago and signed a treaty with the Center and the state. The militant group signed the peace accord in the presence of Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Assam CM. PM Modi had described DNLA’s decision to give up violence and join the mainstream as good news for peace and progress in the Northeast.

The DNLA organization talks about fighting for the sovereignty of the people of Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong through insurgency. This organization was active in many parts of Assam and Nagaland. The rehabilitation of surrendered cadres was decided, and a unique development package was announced.

In August 2019, an agreement was signed with Tripura’s militant organization NLFT (SD). In this, many cadres surrendered with weapons. The Bodo Agreement was signed in January 2020. Under which more than 2250 militants had surrendered with weapons. In February 2020, many leaders and cadres of the Karbi group surrendered in Assam.

1. Syringe

3. Insulin Pump

Researchers have demonstrated that, compared to regular insulin administered subcutaneously, the oral insulin spray had a quicker onset and shorter duration of action and was directly absorbed in proportion to the amount administered in clinical studies involving healthy participants and those with T1DM and T2DM.

Research published in the Nature journal Scientific Reports suggests that spray drying can produce dry insulin nanoparticles, which could lead to the development of bioadhesive films or oral tablets as dosage forms.

Oral Insulin Spray – Clinical trial Results 

Large-scale clinical trials have demonstrated that in both type 1 (T1DM) and type 2 (T2DM) diabetes, achieving better glycaemic control significantly lowers the risk of microvascular complications over the long term. A novel insulin spray formulation and delivery system is an alternative to injectable and inhaled insulin. Soundness: The zero-knowledge protocol cannot, in theory, be tricked into returning “true” if the input is invalid. Therefore, a dishonest prover cannot deceive a truthful verifier into thinking that a false statement is true (unless there is a very narrow margin of probability).

Zero-knowledge: The verifier has “zero knowledge” of a statement, meaning they only know whether it is true or false. Additionally, this requirement keeps the verifier from inferring from the proof the original input, or the contents of the statement.

Recently, Rashmika Mandanna’s deepfake video sparked controversy on the Internet. The video showed a woman in a black yoga bodysuit, whose face had been morphed into Rashmika, entering an elevator and smiling for the camera.

Then, Kajol became the victim of AI-generated deepfake videos. A video purportedly showing the actress changing clothes went viral on social media. Katrina Kaif was also a victim of deepfake, as an AI-generate photo from the towel fight scene in ‘Tiger 3’ surfaced on social media. While in the original image, Katrina is fighting Michelle Lee while wearing a white towel, the morphed photograph showed her in the same pose but wearing a different and altered outfit, making her appear indecent.

Following multiple reports of AI-generated deepfake videos, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his concern. ‘A new crisis is emerging due to deepfakes produced by artificial intelligence,’ he said of the AI-powered technological feature. A large segment of society lacks a parallel verification system and thus believes them. This will lead to a significant challenge. 

Legal Restrictions in India

Right now, India has no legal restrictions on the use of deepfake technology. However, specific laws can be addressed for misusing technology, such as copyright infringement, defamation, and cyber felonies.

To address the issue, the central government plans to develop actionable measures across four pillars in the next ten days. These pillars include detecting deepfakes, limiting content dissemination, improving reporting mechanisms, and raising public awareness about the issue.

We must be able to decipher, comprehend, translate, and apply the information we encounter as media consumers. The best way to deal with this issue is to use technical solutions backed by artificial intelligence that detect and block deep fakes. Media literacy must be improved before addressing the issues surrounding deep fakes.

There is also a need for technology that is simple to use and accessible to detect deep fakes, authenticate media, and amplify authoritative sources. To combat the threat of deep fakes, society must take responsibility for being a critical consumer of media on the Internet, thinking and pausing before sharing on social media, and being part of the solution.

Yayoi Hōzuki, Eiko’s cousin, is Keitarō’s first student after he accepts a part-time tutoring job as part of his rehabilitation. 3. Aku no Hana- Flowers of Evil

The psychological method of delving into the depths of human depravity, issues related to puberty and maturation, etc., are themes that are covered in the majority of other seinen manga in this genre. 

Takao Kasuga’s interactions with other characters, how these relationships shaped him, and how these relationships allowed him to explore his feelings and his true nature—I believe the word is identity—are the central themes of Aku no Hana. It provides them with empathy and understanding for others because most readers will never experience the same tragedies or trauma as in these stories.

4. Hell’s Paradise

Jigokuraku is a story in Edo-era Japan and centers on Gabimaru the Hollow, a ruthless shinobi from the notorious Iwagakure Village. He is engaged to the clan leader’s daughter to secure his allegiance. Because of Yui’s kindness and thoughtfulness, Gabimaru is significantly altered by her. 

The Shogunate schedules his execution after he requests to leave the village and live a quiet life with Yui. He is accused of betrayal. He desperately wants to see his wife again, which explains his strange incapacity to pass away during his execution.

5. Heavenly Delusion

When Tokio gets a message one day asking, do you want to go outside of the outside? He is living with other kids inside a world encircled by a gorgeous wall. In the interim, an elderly woman and a young boy named Maru are on the road, trying to survive on what remains of a destroyed world while seeking “paradise.” 

Fifteen years have passed since an unprecedented disaster in the outside world destroyed modern civilization. While the school’s director assures the distraught Tokio that the outside world is Hell, Mimihime, another girl who resides in the same facility, makes a prediction and tells her that two people—one of whom has her exact face—will come from the outside to save her.   

6. Resident Evil: Death Island

The Resident Evil video games and their parallel universe are the setting of the 2023 Japanese adult computer-animated action biopunk horror film Resident Evil: Death Island[b]. After Resident Evil: Vendetta (2017) and Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness (2021) miniseries, this is the fifth entry and fourth movie in the animated Resident Evil series. 

Meeting with Rebecca and Chris’s sister, Claire Redfield, to discuss their findings, Chris and Jill learn that Claire found an orca swimming near the Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary that was infected with the same strain of T-virus as the victims in Chris’s case—a discovery that had also recently resulted in several missing whales reporting similar symptoms.

 Jill and the Redfields travel to Alcatraz Island under the pretense of tourists after learning that all of the human victims had visited the island before their deaths. However, they become separated during a zombie uprising.

7. Feast of Amrita

 The film is a prequel spinoff of Aragne: Sign of Vermilion, the previous movie by Sakamoto. The tale’s protagonist is Tamahi, a high school student who stumbles upon odd creatures while navigating a massive apartment complex. 

When Tamaki and a few of her classmates head home from high school, they see someone fall off the rooftop of a nearby apartment building. When they get there, the building is empty. They feel as though they are being watched, which is unsettling.

8. Zom 100: Bucket List of the Dead

In July 2023, Bug Films’ adaptation of an anime television series debuted. Viz Media handles licensing outside of Asia and Muse Communication licenses in South and Southeast Asia. In August 2023, a live-action movie adaptation made its Netflix debut. Akira Tendo, a 24-year-old ZLM employee, is stuck in a routine and purposeless life. 

However, everything changes when an unexpected zombie apocalypse brought on by experimental bioweaponry strikes Tokyo. Rather than giving in to fear, Akira uses this as a chance to live life to the fullest and not just return to his bland life. He writes it down to demonstrate that he is still alive and well and to experience everything on his bucket list before passing away.

9. Yami Shibai Season 11

After portraying the Storyteller in earlier seasons, actor Kanji Tsuda is back for the eleventh season. Meanwhile, “Masquerade Parade” by the rock group Qujila Yoluno Mach is the primary closing theme song. At ILCA, Akira Funada is directing the anime series again with Yell’s help. 

The primary screenwriters are Hiromu Kumamoto and Mitsuhi Sasagi, with the addition of writers Chouji Yoshikawa and Norio Yamakawa. The animation team comprises Shouma Mutou, Momoka Higurashi, Yuu Ebihara, Hiroshi Nishiyama & Rie, and Jimmy.

Uzumaki

Uzumaki centers on Kirie Goshima, a high school student; her boyfriend, Shuichi Saito, and the people who live in Kurouzu-cho, Black Vortex Town, a sleepy, small Japanese town cursed by paranormal spiral-related occurrences. As the narrative goes on, Kirie and Shuichi see firsthand how the spiral curse alters those in their immediate vicinity, turning people into spiral enthusiasts or paranoid freaks. 

After both of his parents perish due to the terrible psychological and physical effects of the spirals, Shuichi withdraws into himself. He also develops the ability to recognize when the spiral curse occurs, though this ability is frequently disregarded until the curse’s following supernatural consequences become evident.
