Circle Tattoo offers a premium tattoo experience that goes beyond expectations

The India Saga Saga |

People frequently cite the idea that the goal of art is to confront the audience by either marking an impact or altering their perceptions. ‘Art’ has a different meaning for everyone and therefore it has various forms as well that have been in society for a very long time. Similarly, the practice of tattooing has been around for a very long time and is quite noteworthy in history. Now with changing times, people started using the art of tattooing as a means of expressing themselves personally. Since tattoos are something that lasts a lifetime, the artist must be capable of handling responsibility, someone who is meticulous and reliable. Keeping the same thought in the mind, entrepreneur Ankit Raturi started Circle Tattoo, to give people a premium tattoo experience.

The whole team at Circle Tattoo works with the sole motive of providing tattoos that goes beyond the expectations of the clients. The tattoos the expert artists at Circle make are fully colour statured with shading if required. When they heal, there are no gaps or shapes in the design that indicate it wasn’t made properly. The lines of the tattoos complement the designs as a whole and are consistent throughout the tattoo. Unlike other tattoo studios, Circle Tattoo provides 100% customisable tattoos. They make every tattoo design in a unique manner that matches a person’s personality and they can flaunt them proudly, as they stand out from the crowd.

Circle Tattoos offer numerous types of tattoo designs like minimal tattoos, travel tattoos, coverup tattoos, armband tattoos, religious tattoos, geometric tattoos, mandala tattoos, etcetera. With that, they also offer various offers that are absolute steal deals. They give up to 15% off on custom tattoos, 30% off if it is your birthday month and 20% off if a person is getting matching tattoos. The tattoo artists there love to answer questions from the clients and make them feel at ease, whether it’s about the machines they use, the ink they use, how long they’ve been doing it, or what they prefer to do. This is because their ulterior motive is to make clients feel relaxed. It is because of Circle Tattoo’s top services that while getting their tattoos done celebrities like Jasmine Sandals, Anirudh Sharma, Mrunal Panchal, Tushar Kalia, etcetera prefer them over others.

While talking about Circle Tattoo, the founder  Ankit Raturi says, “At Circle Tattoo, we work with just one philosophy which is to make every client comfortable and to make every encounter feel like a meeting with an old friend. This was one of my first ventures and I wanted to make sure that I lay the right foundation. Thus, I fully eradicated the corporate structure and all of us work here as a family. I am so grateful that each member of the team treats Circle Tattoos like their own. No matter how many other ventures I open, I will always ensure to carry forward a positive attitude towards my coworkers and the work we do.”

Currently, there are two franchises of Circle Tattoo one is in the financial capital ‘Mumbai’ and the other is in the national capital ‘Delhi’. The Mumbai branch is the first one which is owned by  Ankit Raturi himself and the artists there are Bishal Majumder, Parth Vasani, Maverick Fernz, Sanket Gurav and Prasad Sonawane. The Delhi branch is owned by Vibhor Pratap Singh Chauhan. Piyush Kumar, Abhishek Saxena and Omkar Pawar are the talented artists at that branch. The marketing segment of both the studios of Circle Tattoo is done by Harshad Malkar, Roshni Ravariya, Prathamesh Ghanekar, Sayali More & Hanish Sugandh as well. The studio is managed by Aayushi Mehta, Romit Patel and Azeem Ansari. In the upcoming time, Ankit Raturi is planning on opening franchises in cities like Hyderabad and Pune.

Thangaat Garba’s Parth Patel starts ‘Barrels in Ghagra’ trend; the viral video touches millions on all social media platforms

The India Saga Saga |

The stereotype of attires between men and women has been prevalent in India for ages now. Men wear pants, women wear skirts – that’s how it has always been. During festivals, especially Navratri, the ghaghras or the long skirts with flairs and intricate work in them, are worn by women as special attire designated for this occasion. So far, this was the norm which was not just appreciated but celebrated by dancers all over.

Changing this whole pattern is like changing the mindset of society. However, Thangaat Garba has achieved this with a lot of hard work and dedication. Creativity is also one of the unique selling points of this Garba school. And therefore, founders Parth Patel and Ankit Upadhyaya came up with a brilliant idea of “why should only girls wear ghagra?” While one dances with the ghaghra, there is a certain glamour to it along with the extra fun while taking circles and doing the barrel step.

This is not just something they performed on ground. This also became a whole trend online. First, Parth Patel and Ankit Upadhyaya decided to post it on their official Instagram page with no expectations but only hope that people will accept their dance and like it. However, with whopping 132 Million views on YouTube Shorts & 17 Million views on Instagram, the whole video took over the entire social media, getting viral on all the platforms possible! This was a huge milestone for the garba class as no other institute in the same circle has been able to wither break any stereotypes or set a record like Thangaat Garba has.

The first man in the Navratri circle to wear a ghaghra and flaunt it proudly was Parth Patel. “The idea is to close that gap between the audience. Dancing with a ghaghra is a lot more fun to be honest and why should only girls have all the fun? The sheer grace that wearing that colorful skirt imparts is beyond words. When I wore it for the first time, I felt proud and glorious! One of our moves that men in our class excel in is the barrel step. While wearing a ghaghra and doing it is taking the not just the visual element higher but also letting the dancers fully enjoy their movements. I have seen other men following this after we broke the stereotype this year at Falguni Pathak’s Garba ground.”

Ankit Upadhyaya agrees to this and says, “yes, the traditional kediyu – be it from a Kutchi style pattern or one designed with intricate lacework and mirror work along with the flair – ghaghras have their own beauty. Yes, of course we love wearing the kediyu, but one of our ideas was also to break the barriers on who can wear what. Nowadays even women wear dhotis and the kediyu of different patterns and play with the men. So why limit something and hinder all the enjoyment while dancing? I feel like this is one thing that all men should do. There is nothing more liberating than taking those circles and doing the Garba steps with a ghaghra.”

Thangaat promises to deliver something that most classes lack – not just teaching the same robotic movements that everyone teaches to ‘by-heart’, they are all about putting soul into all the movements. Don’t believe us? Check out their videos online!

Things to Look for While Buying Best Health Insurance in India

The India Saga Saga |

“The Greatest Wealth is Health” – Virgil

Life savings can save you from medical emergencies’ financial repercussions. But your life savings deserve to be put to better use, such as your children’s education or your life after retirement.

You need to know how to pick an ideal health care plan in India to meet your requirements. Not only to protect your life savings but to ensure the most appropriate medical care possible without worrying about funds.

Thus, careful selection is necessary when buying a health insurance plan. So, look for the following before you select a health insurance plan:

  1. Policy Benefits

The health insurance plan in India provide benefits that vary according to the health insurance company or policy type. Thus, do not let insurance premium be the only factor to consider; policy benefits are equally important. For instance, some policies offer you free health checkups and ambulance charges.

The policy benefits can help you save a lot of money.. Thus, if you are looking for a health insurance plan in India, ensure that you check the policy benefits.

  1. Inclusions and Exclusions

Health insurance policies do not provide cover against all illnesses and accidents. For instance, most health insurance policies in India do not cover congenital diseases and dental and cosmetic surgeries.

At the same time, not all health insurance policies cover ambulance charges and lab tests. Therefore, ensure you know about all the inclusions and exclusions when looking for the best health insurance plans in India.

  1. Sub-Limit and Co-Payment Clause

The health insurance plans in India have sub-limit and co-payment clauses. The co-payment clause regulates the amount insurance companies, and the policyholder has to pay. For instance, in health insurance plans in India, 80-90% is paid by the insurer, while the policyholder pays the rest.

A sub-limit clause restricts the amount that can be claimed on a medical procedure or surgery. For instance, if a patient is supposed to have appendix surgery, they can only claim 40% of the coverage for the surgery. The percentage is defined in the policy.

Therefore, when looking for health insurance plans in India, make sure you are enlightened about the co-payment and sub-limits.

  1. Cashless Hospitalization

Standard health insurance plans in India reimburse the policyholder’s medical bills. However, if a health insurance provider has a Cashless Hospitalization policy, they need not pay the hospital bills. The hospital would raise the bill with the insurance company, and the insurance company would settle those bills.

Even though cashless hospitalization is available in most health insurance policies, one has to check if the hospital of their choice is covered in an insurer’s network of hospitals. Cashless hospitalization works when health insurance companies have a tie-up with the hospitals. So, ensure that the hospital is in your insurer’s network.

  1. Terms and Conditions

Full disclosure of the information is a term in India’s ealth insurance plans. One can be denied claim settlement if the policyholder finds that relevant information was hidden while buying a health insurance plan.

Likewise, there are numerous terms and conditions in a health insurance plan. Make sure you know all these terms and conditions when looking for health insurance plans in India.

  1. Claim Settlement Ratio

It is an important consideration when looking for the health insurance in India. One must go for a health insurance company with a higher claim settlement ratio. Care Insurance, for instance, has a 95.2% claim settlement ratio. To be precise, a Claim Settlement Ratio as high as this would make claim settlement highly probable unless the policyholder doesn’t abide by the terms and conditions of the health insurance policy.

Health insurance is a go-to instrument to protect you and your family from the financial catastrophes of healthcare. Hence, knowing all about health insurance, do’s and don’t, is essential.

What makes Simpli English different from other online spoken english classes for kids

The India Saga Saga |

English has become a dominating language in all walks of life in the past few decades and it has become imperative to inculcate a culture of speaking clean English among the younger generation at a young age in this day. Parents are tasked most overwhelmingly with the burden of teaching their children English and improving their children’s communication skills, but this isn’t necessarily an easy thing to do.

Here are a few activities that are being used by Simpli English in their online spoken english classes for kids to help them out-

1. Debate with your kid

Unquestionably, this is one of the most popular yet successful methods for introducing children to the language. Give your child a simple topic and ask them to come up with reasons for or against it in full English if they are working on the project by themselves at home. But first, discuss the subject with them, practise with them, and offer advice while speaking to them in English so that they will feel comfortable before the argument.

2. Descriptive drawing for kids who like art

If your tot is a young artist and loves to draw and paint, you can use their hobbies to teach them English. Ask them to draw or paint whatever they would like and then tell them to explain what they have made in English. This will teach them communication in a descriptive format which will be very helpful when they are older.

3. Storytelling

You might have read your children bedtime stories or stories during the day to keep them occupied while also imparting knowledge. Reverse the roles and ask the children to narrate stories as a way of teaching English to them through enjoyable activities, though. You and other elderly people may have already told them a lot of tales. Therefore, invite kids to create a tale about their preferred cartoon. Ask them to just recount the events of their favourite cartoon from today in full English if they are struggling to imagine one.

4. Telephone talk

Your ongoing efforts to teach your children English are all intended to improve their communication skills in day-to-day situations. Talking on the phone is one of these routine tasks. Therefore, consider coming up with an act with your children to instil this behaviour. Use their toy phones to converse with them while presenting various scenarios. To keep youngsters from being bored, switch between talking to adults like parents, grandparents, and friends about various topics. To help your children understand the value of discussions, pretend to be a delivery person asking for specifics or a customer service representative seeking information when engaging in creative activities. When the time comes, this practise will help them overcome their current fear of speaking in front of others.

5. Get involved in activities that encourage you to talk

Play board games with your kids, teach your kids to read a map, solve puzzles together, play word games like Atlas, make chain stories with your kids and more! The sky’s the limit!

In conclusion, while it can seem difficult to teach your kid to communicate in English, it can be fun to do it as well. If you take enrolment in the best online spoken english classes for kids.

Influencer Sandhya Naidu shares her nutrition mantras

The India Saga Saga |

Post-covid scenarios have propelled the masses to cultivate and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Speaking of which, how do you decode the term ‘nutrition’? Diet, right? Well, if you ask Sandhya Naidu, she says, “Both healthy states of body and mind contribute to nutrition.”

The internet admires this young digital creator for her chic fashion flair and travel stories. But Sandhya Naidu is more than that! She lives a very robust life and is often asked to share some health tips. If you too were longing to know her fitness codes, you just got lucky as Sandhya Naidu shared a few of her nutrition mantras.

As quoted above, the influencer divides the sources of nourishment into two; the right diet and a healthy mind. Talking about the first part, Sandhya Naidu says, “Eating minimally is my way of gaining nutrients. I put my firm belief in the fact that we should always try to get power on our taste buds and, instead of eating in slapdash, shift to mindful eating techniques.” Besides all this, Sandhya Naidu also suggests exercising regularly.

However, if you truly want to heed what this fashion lady has to say, then you must be mentally fit as well. Sandhya asserts, “It doesn’t matter how rigidly you are following your diet. It’s all in vain if you cannot maintain a good mental state. A disturbed mind will not allow your body to function properly, causing physical weakness. Hence, mental health is of utmost importance.”

Sandhya Naidu observes her mantras rigidly. To promote the idea of a healthy mind, she often stays and replenishes her soul at naturopathy centres like Moksha Naturopathy. Seeing her vivacious lifestyle, Sandhya has also worked with several health brands like Saffola, Mahindra Susten, Daily Nutrition, Nestle India, MUSTIN FOODS and many more.

Lastly, Sandhya Naidu concluded by saying, “There are numerous people whom we know have lost their lives to bad health conditions. It is not always some physical disease that takes a toll on human life. Oftentimes, it’s undiagnosed and hushed mental diseases that lead to casualty. You need to guard both.”

Is it healthy for a diabetic to eat carrots?

The India Saga Saga |

Carrot is a crunchy root vegetable that is highly nutritious, crunchy, and tasty. They are a good source of fiber, vitamin K, beta carotene, potassium, and antioxidants. Carrot is also best-known for improving eye health and is linked to dynamically reducing cholesterol levels. However, some diabetic patients feel confused about whether eating a carrot would raise their blood sugar levels. Let’s bring more clarity to this and settle this debate once and for all!

Is Carrot good for diabetes?

A person is said to be in diabetes mellitus when his blood sugar remains high. Blood sugar levels significantly rely on your food intake and help your body to produce energy essential for daily needs. However, you must follow a diet in which the glucose amount does not exceed the upper limit in your body. This can cause a variety of problems, including diabetes.

So, what should a person with diabetes eat? Although we will discuss it in detail; they should eat vegetables (non-starchy veggies such as carrots, broccoli, greens, and pepper), grains, fruits (such as oranges, melons, and bananas), and low-fat dairy products in adequate amounts.

If you are wondering, ‘is carrot good for diabetes?’, the answer is yes. Carrots are non-starchy vegetables. They have less saturated fats and cholesterol and are a good source of essential vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. They are highly nutritious and wholesome food. They are categorized as having a low glycemic index score, so it is highly unlikely for eating carrots to trigger a blood sugar spike.

The carrots are helpful to people with diabetes in meal planning if they ensure continuous diet monitoring with the help of endocrinologists or certified dieticians. You can also search for ‘diabetes doctor near me’ to consult with specialists about how to modify your diet to control your diabetes efficiently.

How do carrots help a person with diabetes mellitus?

Eating raw carrots can immensely help. Not only do they help the body to improve your GI score and manage blood sugar levels but also prevent diabetic-related eye damage. Let’s dive in and find out how the carrot is good for diabetes:

  • An Individual with diabetes mellitus should eat carbohydrates, proteins, and good fats in equal proportions along with significant amounts of essential vitamins and minerals.
  • Starchy veggies increase blood sugar too quickly as they are high in carbohydrates, whereas non-starchy foods like carrots slowly raise blood glucose levels.
  • Carrot is rich in vitamins and beta-carotene, which is a precursor for vitamin A, and antioxidants, essential for maintaining healthy gums and mucous membranes.
  • A person with diabetes mellitus is more prone to retinopathy. So, vitamin A in carrots prevents retinal damage and maintains eyesight. Beta carotene also maintains blood sugar.
  • Carrots have B-6, a water-soluble vitamin necessary for producing essential antibodies against viruses, bacteria, etc., and proper function of the nervous system. So, carrots help in boosting your immunity.
  • An individual with diabetes mellitus is more prone to neuropathy because people with diabetes are deficient in this vitamin. Thus, carrots slow down nerve damage and prevent neuropathy.
  • Carrots are rich in fiber, essential for regulating blood sugar levels, and help to manage weight. Fiber reduces hunger pangs by keeping your stomach full for a long time so that you do not feel hungry frequently; thereby, your blood glucose levels will be maintained.
  • Apart from this, carrots are rich in iron, which is essential to keep red blood cell production active.

Incredible Ways to Eat Carrots

Eating a carrot is better than having it in the form of juice. This is because the fiber gets crushed upon juicing, a few vitamins are lost, and glucose percentage increases, which may lead to a sudden spike in your blood sugar.

Carrots can be consumed in multiple forms and also in salads. A few of the healthier ways are detailed below:

  • Carrot Sprout Salad: Mix 1 cup of grated carrot and a cup of cucumber to 1 cup of sprouted moong dal and squeeze lemon. Add salt and pepper, and relish.
  • Carrot curd salad: Add 1 cup of grated carrot to a cup of cucumber and 1 cup of fresh curd. Add a pinch of salt and squeeze lemon. Also, add one tablespoon of lightly grounded mint if you like, and enjoy the carrot.
  • Carrot tomato soup: Add finely grated carrot to your regular tomato soup to get the best nutrients for your body.
  • Carrot pea salad: Add 1 cup of finely grated carrot to 1 cup of cooked peas, squeeze lemon, add pepper, and enjoy.

Mantra To Make Your Life Better: Eat Healthily, Stay Healthy!

Now, you know whether eating a carrot is suitable for diabetes patients. People with diabetes can include carrots in their diet. Raw carrots are preferable compared to boiled ones.

You can have carrots daily in your meal in a particular proportion. Also, checking for a ‘diabetes doctor near me‘ on Google will help you find the best doctors in your area. Start eating carrots to boost your health now.
