Alipur-based sports professional and actor, Manish Kumar has enjoyed a great career streak thanks to his multi-talents and the ability to keep on pushing himself for more. Some of his international achievements include a Bronze medal in Asian Championship, 2015 held in Lebanon in 100 Kg, a Bronze medal in Trishakti International Open Judo Championship, 2014 held in Indonesia in 90 Kg, Bronze medal in 1st Martial Arts Asian Games 2009 held at Bangkok in 100Kg, Bronze medal in Grand Prix 2007 held at France in 90 Kg and many more.

Apart from being an excellent sportsperson, Manish Kumar has excelled with his work in the entertainment industry as well. Manish has been a part of several movies and TV reality shows. He has been a contestant in Love & War and has also played an integral role in the Marathi movie Pichkari. Nitish Kumar, the chief minister of Bihar, and Prashant Kishor, an election strategist turned activist, have recently engaged in verbal combat, but their unscheduled encounter in Patna has raised speculation about a potential reconciliation.

After seeing Nitish Kumar in Patna late on Tuesday night, election strategist-turned-activist Prashant Kishor on Thursday tweeted a mysterious tweet amid rumors of a potential reunion. Nitish Kumar stated that the meeting was “regular” and had “no political significance,” but Prashant Kishor shared two lines from the Ramdhari Singh’ Dinkar’-penned Hindi epic Rashmirathi. “Aanewali maanavta ko, lekin, kya mukh dikhlaunga? Teri sahayta se jai toh main anayaas paa jaunga? (With your assistance, I will win naturally; nevertheless, how will I appear to future generations?) Tweets from Kishor.

His post could be seen as a refutation of the reunion rumors. Kishor, who was instrumental in facilitating an alliance between Nitish Kumar’s Janata Dal (United) and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) for the 2015 assembly elections, was admitted to JD(U) in 2018 and was promoted to the position of national vice president. Kishor was fired due to his resistance to the contentious Citizenship (Amendment) Act, 2019 and the proposed National Register of Citizens (NRC). After that, he returned to his job as a poll strategist and assisted Mamata Banerjee’s administration in keeping control of West Bengal by defeating the BJP in the bitterly contested 2021 assembly elections. Kishor announced after the outcome that he would no longer serve in an election.

In Bihar, he started a large-scale outreach campaign the following year called “Jan Suraaj,” which is most likely to develop into a political party. Since the Bihar chief minister’s return to the Mahagathbandhan, Kishor and the latter have engaged in a verbal spat. A day later a string of firing incid+ent in the Begusarai district of Bihar where a man was killed and 10 were injured, the state police suspended around seven police officials. Jitendra Singh Gangwar, the additional director general of police, Bihar, said in a statement that every incident pointed out towards the fact that even though the patrolling party was there on the streets still they failed to stop the criminals. Gangwar also said that the police are verifying the identities and checking every CCTV footage.

He added that up to four teams had been formed to find the accused.“Teams are searching all the neighbouring districts at every suspected spot. The team is constantly working towards checking all the evidence including CCTVs to ascertain essential information.” Kumar told. 

The superintendent also informed that every border of Begusarai district has been sealed and check-up posts have been put up. Additionally, each and every person who was recently released from prison are being identified and the process to find a common link is currently ongoing. 

Bihar’s chief minister Nitish Kumar had a word with the director general of police (DGP) SK Singhal to enquire about the firing incident that took place. A police officer revealed that on Tuesday two unidentified bike-borne attackers opened fire at 10 different locations in Begusarai. The first incident of firing was reported from a region that was under the Teghra police station at around 6 pm. The next nine firings were reported from Phulwaria, Barauni, Bachwara and Chakia police station areas in the next 40 minutes. Furthermore, all 10 firings took place within the area of 30 kilometres. Satyaveer Singh who is the deputy inspector general said that assaulters appeared to have entered from Patna. He also added that a high alert has been placed in both the capital of Bihar and Begusarai post the incident.

I come from Lucknow and I have done many major TV shows and Sharmaji Ki Lag Gayee was my first major film. One can say that Khalli Balli is my first major film in Hindi.

2. What is the role you are playing in the film?

I am playing the wife of fun-ster Rajpal Yadav and he and me are the caretakers of a hotel around which the film revolves.

3. How was it like working with Rajpal Yadav?

He is the king of comedy and I was honored to work with him and learn from him and he made me really comfortable on the sets and I will always remain indebted to Rajpal Ji for making me act so wonderfully which I am sure the paying public will like.

4. What is the gist of the film?

Khalli Balli is based on a model named Sanjana who wants to become a top Bollywood actress. To make her dream come true, she gets into a relationship with Rohit, who is the owner of an ad agency. Rohit tries to produce films starring her but none of them completes. The situation gets weird when strange supernatural things start happening with Sanjana.

5. How was it like working with your co-stars?

Madhoo,the Roja girl, Kainaat Arora ,Rajneish Duggal,Vijay Raaz and above all my Adonis hunk.the HE- Man.Dharmendrajee whom I have been a fan of all my life gave me a lot of courage and encouragement to essay my character.

6. What is your opinion about director Manoj Sharma?

He is a very cool and easygoing director without any pretensions and always brings out the best from his artistes. I had worked earlier with him in Sharmajee Ki Lag Gayee and hope to work with him in his Vermajee Ki Lag Gayee.

7. Your all time favorite inspiration?

The one and only Madhuri Dixit whose eyes and expressions are so wonderful that I hope I am able to work like her.

8. Whats next on the anvil?

I am waiting for Khalli Balli to release and I am in talks with a few other filmmakers.
