Flashy sites and impossibly high success rates are something to stay away from. Instead, it is best to take advice from someone who has already gone through that initial phase of hardships while starting out in the entrepreneurial world. One such candidate to provide sound advice is Ankit Chaudhary.

Ankit Chaudhary is a celebrated Instagram marketing expert who has brought social media fame to many. He is also the founder and CEO of his own agency ZigZoneMedia and has served more than 450 clients within the last two years. Ankit Chaudhary has been working in this industry since a very young age and has been constantly working wonders since then. However, Ankit Chaudhary doesn’t want others to also go through the same struggles that he had. This is why we list down three major tips from Ankit Chaudhary to be better prepared for the world of entrepreneurship- inside out:

1) Keep a positive mindset- Probably one of the biggest factors which can make or break any person is their own mind. Ankit Chaudhary says that training one’s own perspective to be optimistic and hopeful rather than overly critical and pessimistic is the first step to becoming successful, irrespective of the industry they are trying to break into.

2) Remember that time fixes all Making a name for oneself is a difficult task irrespective of what career path one chooses. However, with the rise of digital entrepreneurs and social media marketers, this particular industry has become even more saturated. Creating a niche for yourself might seem impossible but with hard work and a motivated personality, one can achieve all. The initial stages of Ankit Chaudhary’s career are testimony to this- there were no big deals with foreign brands and his bank account did not grow overnight. However, even when things looked as bad as they could possibly get, Ankit Chaudhary decided to instead let time do its thing and soon saw that his efforts had paid off.

3) Believe in your own abilities- In this world there are many who are always waiting to call out your shortcomings and bring you down. However, there are only a few who will be there to support you and your journey right from the start. In Ankit Chaudhary’s opinion there can be no bigger supporter than themselves. It is important to believe in your capacity to progress and believe that the end goal is something achievable. Only then can you be motivated to carry on.

Smog mode : Delhiites use everything to combat pollution

The India Saga Saga |

The air quality in Delhi has deteriorated significantly as a result of stubble burning and pollution from firecrackers, and Delhi residents are making conscious efforts to adjust their lifestyles in order to stay healthy.

The days following Diwali are traditionally marked by thick smoke and pollution, and this year is no exception, with air quality falling into the ‘severe’ category. Despite a blanket prohibition on firecrackers, firecrackers were let off in several parts of the city, and this, along with pollutants from field fires, has caused pandemonium in the Capital, putting the air quality in jeopardy. Delhiites have their own checklist to protect themselves against the city’s bad air quality, which includes drinking kadha’s and ashwagandha, using essential oils and humidifiers, and even temporarily leaving the city.

“It’s very sad to see that despite multiple warnings, Delhites did not pay attention to the pollution warning. It just goes on to say how insensitive we have become. The air quality was already bad before Diwali and now it is worse. I woke up 6am on the next morning of Diwali, finding it difficult to breath. With God’s grace, I do not have any respiratory problems, imagine what people with respiratory issues must be going through,” says Neha Mehra, a teacher from Mayur Vihar.

In order to stay fit and healthy at this period, Delhiites have turned to home cures. “I was expecting the pollution levels to rise after Diwali.” Because of this, winters are physically lethal for me. For weeks, I’ve been having difficulties breathing normally. As a result, I make it a point to keep the humidifier running at all times. Aside from that, I had previously loaded up on kadha, which I drink every day. I’m also using essential oils to steam and have air purifier plants at home. “I suffer sinusitis, therefore nothing helps except antiallergics, but I still believe in strengthening immunity through natural means,” says Harsha Yadav Malik, an IT consultant in New Raj.

“The smog situation in Delhi is bad,” says Neha Singh, a senior manager at IP Extension, “and we have already started seeing a nutritionist to make sure that we are putting in the proper nutrients to stay healthy.” She advised us to consume an Ashwagandha-infused beverage every day, which we are doing. Aside from that, we’re making sure to wear N 95 masks, which protect us not only from Covid but also from the smog. Also, we only leave the house when absolutely necessary.

Some are even attempting to flee the city. “My in-laws live near Nainital, and we will be travelling to live with them for a while,” says Anshu Aanand, an HR specialist at Sarvodaya Enclave. She further added, “We can’t stay in Delhi because of the pollution; it’s insane. There were so many crackers on Diwali that the seven-month-old was terrified and started sobbing. She had no idea what was going on, and she couldn’t sleep at night either. Because of the pollution, we can’t even take her out right now.”

Diwali 2021: Know why Diwali is called the Festival of Lights

The India Saga Saga |

This year, Diwali, commonly known as Deepavali, falls on November 4th. Deepavali literally means “a row of lights,” with “deep” meaning “light” and “avali” meaning “row.” As a result, Deepavali is known as the “Festival of Lights.” According to the Hindu calendar, Diwali is celebrated on the 15th day of the lunar month Kartik.

Significance of Lights on Diwali

Diwali is a festival that celebrates the triumph of good over evil, hope over despair, and knowledge over ignorance. The festival of Diwali is surrounded by many legends.

After defeating the demon Ravana, Lord Rama returned to the kingdom of Ayodhya with his wife Sita and brother Lakshman, according to legend. Lord Ram arrived after fourteen years in exile, and his subjects welcomed him by lighting diyas in the streets of Ayodhya.

On Diwali, people light diyas and lamps in their homes to welcome the Goddess Lakshmi into their homes, as it is believed that those who worship her on this day will be blessed with wealth and success. The occasion is also thought to be favorable for making new investments.

Lord Ganesha, the God of Fortune, is also prayed to by devotees. Diwali is also known as the day of Goddess Lakshmi’s marriage to Lord Vishnu. On the occasion of Diwali, worshipers in West Bengal pay homage to Goddess Kali.

Why is Diwali celebrated every year?

Lights and colorful Rangoli designs are used to beautify people’s homes. People clean their homes and purchase various new items to decorate and enhance them.

Ladoos, for example, are made at home and shared with family and friends. Early in the morning, devotees take a bath with herbal oils and worship to Goddess Lakshmi.

On Naraka Chaturdashi or Choti Diwali, one day before Diwali, Lord Krishna is also celebrated for slaying the monster Naraka. The fourth day of the five-day Diwali festival is dedicated to Lord Krishna, and the festivities end with Bhai-Dooj, the day when a brother-sister bond is honored.

Wishing You All a very Happy Diwali!

Supreme Court allowed petition challenging Delhi ban on firecrackers to be withdrawn

The India Saga Saga |

The Delhi High Court “dismissed as withdrawn” the case on Monday “a petition contesting the Delhi Pollution Control Committee’s order to prohibit the storage and sale of any type of firecrackers during Diwali in the national capital.

Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva presided over a single bench that “dismissed as withdrawn” the case “Jai Kishan Fireworks, along with 50 other licensed dealers, filed a petition requesting permission to sell green firecrackers in the Delhi-NCR zone. It also refused traders permission to sell firecrackers within Delhi to visitors from outside the capital city, which was one of the traders’ requests.

The petition sought to overturn the Respondent DPC’s decision of September 28 banning the storage, sale, and use of firecrackers in the state of NCT Delhi, as well as the Respondent No. 3 Petroleum Explosives Safety Organization’s order of October 21 suspending the petitioners’ licenses.

They further requested a suitable writ, injunction, or direction quashing the Respondent Joint Commissioner of Police’s order: The petitioners were barred from keeping and selling firecrackers by a Delhi court order dated October 21.

Please take your case to the Supreme Court. The topic is currently being investigated by the Supreme Court. Make an effort to get a better understanding of the situation. The (high court) is the incorrect forum. NGT should be notified. The judge stated that they are a specialised body. The traders, who were seeking permission to sell their merchandise here for use outside the city, withdrew their petition in light of the court’s decision.

The court stated that if someone came from a region ‘A’ with good air quality, the point of sale would be Delhi, which is in violation of Supreme Court and NGT directives. The petitioners appear to be hampered by the NGT and Supreme Court orders. They can also sell it outside of Delhi (anywhere legal), according to the report.

Given that Diwali is only three days away, the court allowed the petitioners to drop their complaint while noting that the issues before it, as well as the challenge to the ban’s legal legitimacy, remained unresolved. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the NGT ordered a total ban on the sale and use of all types of firecrackers in the NCR and all cities/towns across the country where the ambient air quality falls into the “bad” and above category on December 2, 2020.

The Supreme Court rejected the NGT judgment in July, stating that scientific studies are not required to determine the impacts of firecrackers on residents’ health. The petitioners’ lawyer, Rohini Musa, argued in front of the high court that, under the Supreme Court’s order, the sale of green firecrackers might be permitted in the national capital provided they are not intended for use here.

This Dhanteras, know why it is ‘shubh’ to buy gold!

The India Saga Saga |

The festive season has begun, and following Dussehra and Karwa Chauth, Dhanteras is one of the most anticipated celebrations preceding Diwali. On this day, people put on new clothes, perform puja, and shop for gold and silver trinkets and jewelry.

When does Dhanteras fall?

Dhanteras or Dhantrayodashi is celebrated every year on the Trayodashi date, which is the thirteenth day of Kartik month’s Krishna Paksha, according to the Hindu calendar. This year, the auspicious day falls on November 13, just a day before Diwali. The festive season has begun, and following Dussehra and Karwa Chauth, Dhanteras is one of the most anticipated celebrations preceding Diwali. People put on new garments and perform puja on this day.

What is the significance of Dhanteras?

Dhanteras is marked by the worship of Lord Dhanvantari and the purchase of new items, primarily gold, silver, and utensils. This day is considered highly auspicious for those who like to shop for such items, as gold and silver are thought to protect you from evil omen and anything unpleasant. They are also thought to bring good fortune and success. Yes, there’s a full backstory to it.

Dhanteras is known for its auspicious shopping, which includes gold, silver, and utensils. However, there is a list of items that should not be done or purchased on this particular day. Dhanteras is the most auspicious time to shop for new stuff, but not so much if you want to exchange gifts. It is not advisable to present gifts on this day because it is thought that gifting someone something on Dhanteras will bring them good luck and great energy.

Because people have not spent much on vacation due to covid, gold sales during Dhanteras could break a four-decade old record, according to IBJA officials. Aside from that, elaborate ritual gathering spending was uncommon, and people had to save. People may spend more on gold because the Covid effect is expected to be reduced, according to the News18 report.

Aroscop, an ad-exchange platform, recently performed pan-India research to determine demand and readiness to buy products. When asked about their propensity to acquire gold, 55% of respondents said they are looking forward to purchasing gold and gold jewellery during the forthcoming holiday season. According to a PTI article, almost 37% of participants stated the auspicious event Dhanteras would be their key reason for purchasing gold.

Meanwhile, ahead of Diwali and Dhanteras, e-commerce behemoth Amazon has announced deals and discounts on gold and silver coins and jewellery. In the meantime, instead of buying actual gold for Diwali and Dhanteras, consumers can invest in digital gold this year. You can begin investing with as little as Rs 1. BharatPe, a payment platform, has partnered with Safegold to launch the offer.
