Beauty benefits of green coffee for skin Attribute by Karan Gupta , Founder ,Qraamen

The India Saga Saga |

Green coffee is precisely what its name says it is, unroasted beans of coffee. Unfortunately, the roasting process tends to wear off the potency of the wholesome nutrients, which are beneficial for your health, skin and hair. However, green coffee has a near similar taste to roasted coffee, plus the whole list of benefits and many more when compared to roasted coffee!

The newest naturally found ingredient in the beauty industry, green coffee is a powerful ingredient as it is known to be extremely rich in antioxidants that slow down the ageing process of the skin, which helps to retain skin elasticity for a much longer span. In addition, the presence of chlorogenic acid helps reduce the redness of the skin and protects the skin from everyday exposure to sun damage. Green coffee helps tighten your skin and give it a youthful look and feel. A booster for collagen, green coffee is known to help retain your skin’s elasticity and get rid of the loose skin, not allowing wrinkles and fine lines to show.

These benefits have resulted in many ayurvedic based and organic skincare brands dedicating a whole range of products developed around green coffee. While many people tend to use it only as a drink, products like the hulk green coffee body scrub and body wash can help you get the benefits of green coffee if you include them in your daily routine.

When powdered and used to make the hulk green coffee body scrub, the crushed beans make an excellent exfoliate that helps treat acne and clogged pore. A green coffee serum used before your daily moisturizer can help your skin improve its texture and feel plump and young.

The antioxidants present in the extra green coffee makes any cream and moisturizer made from the extract very effective in helping your skin fight the effects of sun exposure and helps your skin regain its natural glow.

Switching over to products made from Green coffee as a core ingredient has helped many improve the quality, texture and shine of their skin. In addition, including Green Coffee products in your skincare routine will help slow down the effect of ageing on your skin.

“Shri Chandan Mitra Ji will be remembered for his intellect and insights. He distinguished himself in the world of media as well as politics. Anguished by his demise. Condolences to his family and admirers. Om Shanti,” PM Modi tweeted.

Swapan Dasgupta, a Rajya Sabha MP, came to Twitter to express his grief over Chandan Mitra’s death, saying that he had lost his “closest friend.” Posting a photo from a school trip in 1972, Dasgupta wrote, “I lost my closest friend—editor of Pioneer & former MP Chandan Mitra—this morning. We were together as students of La Martiniere & went on to St Stephen’s & Oxford. We joined journalism at the same time & shared the excitement of Ayodhya & the saffron wave.”

Until June of this year, Chandan Mitra was the managing director of The Pioneer in Delhi. Chandan Mitra first entered politics in 2003, when he was elected to the Rajya Sabha. As a BJP MP from Madhya Pradesh, he was re-elected to the Rajya Sabha in 2010. He joined the All India Trinamool Congress in 2018.

Increased heartbeats can hijack neurons, affecting decision making brain circuits

The India Saga Saga |

In a recent study, scientists have found that racing heartbeats can alter the decision-making brain circuits.  The discovery of the phenomenon was reported in the journal ‘PNAS’ (Proceedings of the national academy of sciences). Increasing heartbeats, rise in blood pressure, shortness of breath is an intense state of the body that a person experiences. In other words anxiety, addiction, and other psychiatric disorders are the outcomes that scientists named arousal. The heart races, blood pressure reading rises, breath shortens, and  “bad” decisions are made.

In an effort to understand how these states influence the brains’ decision-making processes, scientists study the data of non-human primates. The research further revealed that the two brain decision-making centers have neutrons that surveil the internal dynamics of the body. A high level of arousal appeared to reconnect one of the centers, causing the neurons to act as internal state monitors. Thus, letting the changes in our arousals alter the way the circuits work.

“We hope that the research study helps the doctors to  reexamine & analyze the fundamental areas of the brain and cellular processes that curb several psychiatric disorders”, doctor Rudebeck exclaimed

For a very long time, scientists and researchers have been discussing the relationship between arousal and decision making efficiency as a “U-shaped curve”

A little bit of arousal can be proved effective towards the functioning of the body and mind. Consuming a little cappuccino can produce peak efficiency but excess intake could produce damaging results further leading to uneasiness, fear, and other psychiatric disorders

“Brain scanning studies have suggested that bodily arousal alters the activity of decision-making processes. Our results are backed on a cellular level and guide that the sole duty of these neutrons is to track the body’s internal and interoceptive states”, quoted by doctor Atsushi Fujimoto

Therefore, in order to regulate good functioning of the body & mind, it is necessary to control racing heartbeats as they can hijack the neurons in the brain leading to bad decision making.

Ghani asked to “Change Perception” by President Biden

The India Saga Saga |

U.S. President Joe Biden and his Afghanistan counterpart, Ashraf Ghani, in their last conversation prior to the invasion of the Taliban and seizing control of the country, the leaders discussed military aid, political strategy, and messaging tactics, but neither of them seemed to be apprised of or prepared for the immediate danger of the country falling to the militants, a transcript reviewed by Reuters shows.

The conversation roughly lasted for 14 minutes on July 23. On August 15, Mr. Ghani fled the presidential palace, and the Taliban entered Kabul.

Reuters reviewed a transcript of the presidential phone call and has listened to the audio to authenticate the conversation. The materials were provided on condition of anonymity by a source who was not authorized to distribute it.

In the call, Mr. Biden offered aid if Mr. Ghani could publicly project he had a plan to control the spiraling situation in Afghanistan. “We will continue to provide close air support if we know what the plan is,” Mr. Biden said. Days before the call, the U.S. carried out airstrikes to support Afghan security forces, a move the Taliban said violated the Doha peace agreement.

The U.S. President also advised Mr. Ghani to get buy-in from powerful Afghans for a military strategy going forward, and then to put a “warrior” in charge of the effort, a reference to Defence Minister General Bismillah Khan Mohammadi.

Mr. Biden’s words indicated he didn’t anticipate the insurrection and collapse to come 23 days later. “We are going to continue to fight hard, diplomatically, politically, economically, to make sure your government not only survives but is sustained and grows,” he said.

Mr. Ghani told Mr. Biden he believed there could be peace if he could “rebalance the military solution”. But he added, “We need to move with speed.” “We are facing a full-scale invasion, composed of Taliban, full Pakistani planning and logistical support, and at least10-15,000 international terrorists, predominantly Pakistanis were thrown into this,” Mr. Ghani said.

GrooveNexus adds up ‘Traxeon’ – the sensational music artist on its platform

The India Saga Saga |

2020 was a bummer for most people and industries. There were very few positives to take away from last year and cherish. But we cannot deny that the global lockdown has given some respite to nature and human beings. Nature revived in many ways and human beings stayed at home and levelled up their skills. One of those silver linings amid the pandemic situation that kept us all going was – music.

There were a sheer number of brilliant releases that emerged out from India’s independent music scene. With more time on their hands, music artists hunkered down to write and record material from the ease of their homes and collaborated with many musicians in the row. With some ease on lockdown, many went to studios to record and collaborate with fellow musicians. And we, listeners, we’re treated to quite a few earworms.

This year too many of them are keeping up that momentum by writing more stellar music and with online streams, they are generating quite a nice buzz across the country.

Very often, there comes a revolution in the music scene of a country. In India, things operate a little differently. Bollywood majorly monopolizes our country’s music scene, and there’s no denial to that.

Famous singers and artists have bombarded the Indian music industry with the same kind of music all around. But is there absolutely no hope for new types of music and songs? Or are we not making much effort to look around and explore the space? Well, to cater for these questions and to break the monotony of the repetitive sounds, we bring you – Traxeon, a.k.a Rohan Shukla. Traxeon has turned out to be an independent artist in the music scene in India. And with a lot of other collaborations, the scene is rising like the mercury in the Indian music industry that looks quite promising. He is definitely one of the names of such aspiring artists from small towns of India who are giving birth hugely to the rise of independent music in India.

Traxeon’s recent single ‘Teri Kami’ is his favorite creation till date. He went out to all with his vocals to create this and feels so emotional for his song as it comes straight from his heart. His beautiful audio track is available on all music streaming platforms by GrooveNexus Records.

Many challenges that talented indie artists face do not stem from their work or album release on various channels and the music industry. Despite knowing the fact that trends and markets have always changed often. So, keeping in pace with technology has revolutionized so many things in the last 10-20 years. Yet there are music artists who have been performing successfully and profitably for the last 30-40 years without skipping a beat.

Indie artists who succeed in building a profitable and sustainable music career build their careers, so it doesn’t get affected by fickle outside influences.
