Author Imran Bukhari shares about his book “Reminiscence the lost autumn” and his journey of publishing

The India Saga Saga |

Q: Tell us first what inspired you to write this book?
.
.
There are stories close to my heart and the stories, which I wanted to share with people; it was not motivation but a necessity to write. Nevertheless, I believe my motivation came from the stories I have lived. I started to write about the daily happening in the office and my hostel, where I was staying with other 40 people and in a week I had written some 8-10 pages and that’s where it all started.
What was it like to get your book.

Q: published and received positive reviews? Did it have any impact on your life?
.
.
It has been an absolute joy, to publish my first book. I started writing this book long back, but could not publish it and this time, when I got in touch with Lieper Publications things turn around quickly & easily, here we are talking about my book. This is a dream come true and the book is receiving a good response from all around. It impels me to write more in future & the success of my book has granted me a larger platform where I can continue sharing my stories, thoughts & events.

Q: What was the publishing journey like?
.
.
Now and then, the writer needs to step back and look at the content as a reader to be able to critically analyze the story. In addition, it is important to make sure that the reader feels impelled to read until the end. It took me 3 years to complete the book, but almost 9 years to publish it. Lieper Publication has shown me a way forward when I got in touch with them & I must say they are a team of professionally sound people.

Q: Any message that you would like to give to our audience?
.
.
Firstly, I would like to thank those who have read the book and shared their love! And those who are looking forward to giving it a read can expect memorable characters and satisfying twists, filled with Emotions, pain and love! There are hearth wrenching stories like Farakh who went missing in 2010, and his family struck by grief, the pain they have gone through in search of their child. A story of a First Photographer, who was a well-known personality and about a boy, who used to sell grocery items to pay for his school fees and a love story of Imran and Saba, who fall in love with each other and a story of a star cricket player & his famous cricket team.

Nepal Plane Crash:- No passenger survived after plane crashed while landing at Nepal’s Pokhara Airport

The India Saga Saga |

A Yeti Airlines passenger plane crashed into the river gorge while its landing at the recently opened airport in Nepal’s Pokhara. It is said to be the worst crash that has occurred in the small Himalayan nation in the last three decades. Officials stated that they had received the remains of 68 people who were on board the 72-seater passenger aircraft. “We did not rescue anyone alive from the crash site,” said Krishna Prasad Bhandari, Nepal Army’s Spokesperson. The plane was carrying 68 passengers out of which 15 were foreign nationals, and four were crew members. The foreigners included five Indians, four Russians, two South Koreans and one each from Australia, Ireland, France and Argentina.

Out of the five Indians, four were from the Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh and had gone to Nepal on January 13 on vacation. One of them was possibly live on Facebook seconds before the crash. Following that a 1-minute 37-second video went viral late on Sunday in which a man could be seen holding the phone and pointing the camera out from a window showing an approach. Meanwhile, Yeti Airlines cancelled all the regular flights on Monday to mourn the passengers who lost lives in the plane crash.

“Saddened by the tragic air crash in Nepal in which precious lives have been lost, including Indian nationals. In this hour of grief, my thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families,” Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed pain and prayed for the deprived families of the people who lost life in the Nepal plane crash through Twitter.

The accident investigation team was established by Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, and it is anticipated to submit its report in 45 days. BEA, France’s aviation accident investigation agency, announced that it would collaborate with all other parties and take part in the investigation into the crash’s causes. The European Union, however, has prohibited Nepali aircraft from using its airspace since 2013, citing safety concerns, due to the country’s history of aviation disasters.

Rahul Gandhi emerging as a Serious Politician with Bharat Jodo Yatra but will Congress gain from it Politically?

The India Saga Saga |

The mega Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi has reached its Punjab leg where RaGa was joined by Sidhu Moose Wala’s father. The Yatra will conclude at Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar on January 30th.

If you follow Politics or a student of Political Science, then you might agree with the fact that Rahul Gandhi and Congress Party’s Bharat Jodo Yatra is gaining huge tractions across India. It might be a matter of debate whether the Yatra is getting appropriate amount of media coverages from Noida-based media houses or not, however, the fact remains that Rahul has been successful in shedding his image as an ‘Occasional Politician’ and projecting himself as a ‘Leader of the Poors and Masses’.

Rahul is no longer the Congress President and is free from the burden of a sort of Political Accountability which is why he has been successful in creating a new image, if not for the grand old party, definitely for himself. The long nationwide foot padyatra has in true sense transformed Rahul’s image and has sent a positive signal to the Political Pundits who used to weigh him on a lighter note.

Rahul, during this 3750 Km Yatra was seen walking the streets of several cities & towns covering a plethora of states with key like-minded people and key figures from Civil Societies. These people included Rashmi Desai, Swara Bhaskar, Kamal Hassan and several Army Veterans as well. The latest to this includes Balkaur Singh, the father of late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala who walked the streets of Jalandhar in Punjab with RaGa.

The Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) despite its reluctance to accept the fact that they are keenly watching Gandhi’s move, the trolling by BJP IT Cell and like-minded Right-Wing handles goes on to prove the fact they are taking this Bharat Jodo Yatra seriously. As per sources, the BJP is also working on strategies to prove that this Yatra was an utter failure and has no connection with the masses. Rahul is gaining momentum across India with the Yatra and could be a danger or an alternative to Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the sense among the Journalists in the Corridors of Power in New Delhi.

However, despite Rahul Gandhi transforming his image as a Politician of Masses, the question remains that Will Congress be able to milk this Bharat Jodo Yatra and benefit in the upcoming Legislative Assembly Elections. Yes, India will be witnessing Elections in 10 States this year. These states include Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Mizoram, Rajasthan, Telangana and likely Jammu and Kashmir. The question is valid in every sense as the Yatra was planned by the Grand Old Party to bring together like-minded people and to give a boost to its party cadres and workers and to a certain extent, they have been successful. Now, it is for time to tell whether this gets translated into votes or not.

The Congress, as of now, is on a sticky note in states like Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland as the Saffron Party currently have their Governments in these states, in some-on their own, in others- with their allies. However, the Congress has a good chance in Karnataka where there is a massive anti-incumbency against the Bommai-led BJP Government. Karnataka has always been a strong Congress bastion but the high command in New Delhi needs to stop the infighting between DK Shivakumar (KPCC Chief) and Siddaramiah (Former CM). In Rajasthan, the Congress can script a history by winning the elections if the infighting between Sachin Pilot and Ashok Gehlot stops and they jointly work to ensure the victory. The BJP is in a huddle as it does not want to project Vasundhara Raje as the CM but it will be very difficult for top brass of the Bharatiya Janata Party to ignore Rajmata, as she is popularly called in Rajasthan.

Madhya Pradesh is another state where BJP is in a dilemma as to whether to project Shivraj Singh Chauhan as the CM candidate or not. Jyotriaditya Scindia who broke 20 MLAs from Congress leading to the fall of Kamal Nath government is also a contender for the Chief Ministerial post along with Narottam Mishra, the incumbent Home Minister of MP. As per the sources, both Digivijay Singh and Kamal Nath are working together for ensuring a Congress Victory in the upcoming elections. Chhattisgarh, the neighbouring state of Madhya Pradesh will also be witnessing the Elections this year. As of now, the CM- Bhupesh Baghel is on a good pitch as he is gaining huge support from the tribal belt due to a lot of state run initiatives for the Tribals.

Jammu and Kashmir is also to go for the first Assembly Elections after it was declared a Union Territory in 2019 after the Abrogation of Article 370. The Bharat Jodo Yatra will also conclude in Srinagar on January 30th. As per media reports, the Congress President, Mallikarjun Kharge has written to 21 Political parties and invited them to be a part of the concluding programme of the Yatra in Srinagar to mark a sense of unity.

Now, it is to be seen whether Rahul Gandhi’s new image helps the Congress party in fetching electoral dividends or it was just about building RaGa’s image.

The prejudice that poetry is a classic art form practised primarily by affluent individuals with taste in society will alter as a result of seeing this work, according to Satyajit. He asserts that it will be completed in the remote Taldi village when Yusuf Bhai recites this poem while harvesting the paddy, or when the female potter in Kumartuli glances at the poetry journal while creating Mala Pal Thakur, or when the weaver in Fulia recites the poem while creating cloth. There will be an unprecedented unity.
